Krystal Lee vs. Maya Vice

Maya would lean down to crystal aiming to roll the girl on to her back and away from the ropes aiming to capitalize on her situation that she had created. She would quickly cover the girl in a pin her left hand reaching down and hooking her leg as she aimed to finish this match right. Her small frame pushed down as much as it could to keep her down, though she figured that a win so soon wouldn't be probable anyhow. "1..."

Krystal had a couple of guesses as to what was going to come about as she was dragged away from the ropes. However, going for a pin so soon threw her off as Maya went for the cover and lifted Krystal's leg up. "Oh sh-... a pin?" Krystal thought as she heard the count, "1..." She'll take as deep of a breath as she can before before bringing her other leg in and using it to help her try to kick up enough to break the pin just as Maya will continue the count to two.

Maya sighed as Krystal broke the pin just before two she wasn't surprised but it would of made things a lot easier still she didn't mind it meant things had to keep going. She would move off of Krystal but quickly around the girl aiming t get her in a sitting position before wrapping her arms around her neck and her legs around her waist and squeezing. She knew enough about submissions to know that if one was getting squeezed from two places not just one being able to breath got a lot harder especially when you were injured.

Krystal groaned as she broke the pin, her belly not happy with her either, though her side is more cooperative. She slowly started to sit up herself, when she felt herself forced up quickly with a grunt in pain. Before she could react, she felt Maya's arms and legs wrap around her neck and waist respectively and start applying pressure. Krystal groans in the hold, struggling mildly before relaxing and thinking about what she'll do.

Her body aching as she sat there in the hold for a couple seconds, Krystal will lean forward slightly while shuffling her legs to get her feet flat on the mats and widening her stance before trying to throw herself backwards to roll Maya onto her back. Though not what she's trying to accomplish, her head will go back first towards Maya's face as she also tries to grab onto Maya's arms to pull her arms away from her neck enough to at least breathe a little.

Maya clamped the hold in tighter as she went rolling back before coming to a stop with her back flat against a mat taking in a short breath. Though she had little time to react as Krystal's head smacked right in to her own earning a slight cry of pain. Her hold loosened slightly giving Krystal enough slack to loosen up Maya's arm around her throat. Though as if to make her pay for loosening up one part of the hold Maya's legs squeezed in even tighter around Krystal's body aiming to at least still make it difficult to breath and wear down a little bit more.

Krystal felt her head smack into Maya's and makes a mental note to appologize for that one. "That wasn't what I intended to happen, but need to take the chance while it's here," she thinks to herself as she catches a quick breath, which quickly gets crushed from her as Maya's legs seem to pick up the slack that her arms allowed. Krystal cries out in pain from the increased pressure on her sides, as the pain from the squeezing makes it way to where she took the hard kick to her side earlier.

Though her attempts will be slightly weaker due to the squeezing of her waist, Krystal will still attempt to free her throat, hoping that she can pry one of Maya's arms away if she uses both her arms against it. While doing that, she'll also try to plant her feet on the canvas again and swing her left leg over her right, hoping that her shirt has enough slack in it to allow her to turn her body despite the strength of Maya's hold. She can feel herself getting worn down by the girl's hold and needs to find a way out, but since it's a spar, she'll rather try to work her way out of it than just start swinging at Maya.

Maya kept up the pressure of the hold as best she could though she knew eventually her opponent was going to escape so all she could do now was just wear her down as much as possible before she escaped. Despite Maya's best effort her arm was pulled down which took away the choke hold she had been applying but even so that didn't mean things were any were near being over. Maya would keep her legs tight but as the girl attempted to turn around she knew she could still do something to stop her from doing a complete counter. As the girl turned inside the hold Maya let go with one leg quickly bringing it up to Krystals stomach and shot it out aiming to kick the girl right off of her before she had a chance to do anything else.

Krystal was rather pleased with the way her attempts to counter Maya's hold were going as she started her roll between the girl's powerful legs. She totally wasn't expecting her to break the hold suddenly though as she was rolling, ending up with a foot against her stomach. Before she could react, she found herself propelled away from Maya, with quite the unpleasant hard landing on her ass a few feet away. The sudden stop causes her to roll back onto her back briefly before she twists her legs around to cause her to roll over onto her side and continue so her knees are under her.

Krystal will turn to look at Maya as she stays there for a few seconds to try to recover herself. She'll keep her arms spread out on the canvas for stability and in case she has to try to make any sudden movements from her vulnerable state as she will attempt to rest for a bit to recover what she can.

Maya rolled back on to her feet as her opponent took the time to catch her breath in a normal match she might of kept going straight at her but this was a spar after all so she was fine with taking a small breather in the middle of it. She would eye Krystal she knew had done some damage but not enough to make this match any easier and she had to be careful this girl was skilled so she couldn't afford to become relaxed just because right now it would seem like she was winning. She took in a breath brushing the hair out of her eyes with a smile "not bad that was quick countering on your part I have to say you know what the heck your doing."

Krystal slowly pushed herself up with a grunt so she was sitting up on her feet. She takes a deep breath before shaking her head quickly with a slight smile coming across her face as she looked back at Maya. "Thanks, and the same could be said of you," she replies to the girl, with a slight nod of her head. Krystal will plant her hand that's closest to Maya on the mat, using it to pivot and line up with the girl before she'll say, "Oh yeah, sorry about that headbutt, by the way." Krystal will slowly start to stand up and get into her stance, watching Maya carefully the whole time.
