Kasumi Tsuji Vs. Lynne Steinwich

Kasumi had barely recovered when Lynne grabbed her around the waist. Her eyes widened when she realized just how bad a situation she was in. Kasumi tried to throw an elbow back and knock against Lynne to make her let go, but missed her opponent entirely. Then, she felt the grip tighten around her waist, and her small body get lifted up.

"Wait, NO!" Kasumi cried as she got hurled backwards into the suplex. She hit the mat with a loud thump, her shoulders and head slamming into the mat. Since Lynne didn't bridge for the pin, Kasumi bounced upwards and flipped over, landing facedown on her front, not moving at all.

After releasing Kasumi's waist on impact, Lynne rolled and went to her feet. She looked at Kasumi: there was noreaction from her, no attempt to get up. It seemed that the suplex had been quite effective, though she couldn't tell whether the kawaii was unconscious or not. Either way, this was her chance. Lynne went near Kasumi and flipped her to her back; she'd then get down and hook one of her legs, going for a pin.

Kasumi wasn't unconscious, but was very close. There was no way she could fight back against Lynne anymore, not after her small body took that kind of a hit. She was easily put into the pin, her body nearly limp in Lynne's grasp.

"One!" the referee yelled.

Lynne maintained her pin, waiting for the referee's hand to rise and slap the mat again. She gave a small glance sidewards, trying to get a glance of Kasumi's face. The kawaii seemed very tired, and for a moment Lynne wondered if she had gone too hard on her.

"Two!"

Kasumi wasn't going to break out of the pin, not with Lynne's weight upon her, and her own body punished and worn out. Her eyes were closed, and her mouth slightly open to allow air through. Her face seemed rather peaceful though, lacking the fierce determination it once had.

"Three!" the referee yelled. The match was over!

The final count came, and the bell rang. Lynne got up with a smile on her face, huffing and sweating but victorious. The speakers also announced the end of the match. "And the winner, by pinfall, is... Lynne Steinwich!" Lynne, after a moment, looked down back at Kasumi. "Hey... can you get up?"

After Lynne got up, Kasumi let out a long moan. She was still awake, though now all the adrenaline had left her body, and she felt the aching tiredness and soreness all over. She opened her eyes, blinking a few times to get used to the bright lights shining down on her face. She made out Lynne's blurry form standing next to her. Shaking her head, she slowly pushed up to a sitting position.

"I think I can get up," Kasumi said. She began slowly trying to get back onto her feet, ignoring her body's painful protests. She might have lost, but she wasn't going to look weak in front of her opponent.

"That's good." Lynne hadn't noticed the state Kasumi's body was really in, despite the girl's slow and careful movements. In any way, seeing Kasumi get up after such a tiring match made Lynne thinkshe was okay. "So", she asked after Kasumi had gotten to her feet, "what do you think of wrestling matches now? I hope you've liked it." 'Liked' was probably not the most appropriate word in Kasumi's case, though.

Kasumi winced when she stood up straight, one hand going to her back to hold the pained area. "Owww..." Kasumi moaned, "Geez, I think I might need a long massage after this..." She turned back to Lynne, a smile on her face, even though she was hurting pretty badly.

"It's a bit different from what I'm used to, but I like it," Kasumi said, "It was a good match, Lynne-dono!" She bowed deeply to her opponent.

Lynne smiled at the other girl. "Nice to know that! I hope that you get used to it quickly!" Seeing that Kasumi was bowing her head as she had done before the match, Lynne mimicked her, bowing down with hoest respect for the karateka. "It was a good match!"
