Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Lucky didn't know what was wrong with this girl today! It was like someone had insulted her mother, kicked her between the legs, fondled her breasts without wanting them too... and then did it all again for the next 20 minutes... And that someone was apparently Lucky! It was like DB's behavior was the result of all this coming together... and that pop to her jaw was just the trigger to set it all off! Well, Sakura was regretting this WHOLE evening as DB came at her like she wanted to rip her cute, little head off! It didn't exactly help the fist being thrown her way was like a freaking WRECKING BALL, one Lucky was BARELY able to get out of the way of, ducking back JUST fast enough to feel the sharp protrusions that were DB's knuckles scrape her jawline!

"AAAAH!" She cried as she fell back, actually landing on her butt, so far and quick did she have to retreat! A hand quickly shot up to her face, clutching at it like it would've been taken from her had she been just a BIT slower! She stared up at DB in utter horror as the purple-haired monster came STOMPING right after her, moving like a creature from a nightmare: Stiff, determined, monstrous!

A cold sweat broke out across Lucky's angelicly pure complexion, her emerald eyes cloudy with fear! Why... OH WHY did they pair her up with girls that were this scary??? First Bowser... and now HER? Just being in this match with DB was gonna give her nightmares she wouldn't be able to shake for weeks... that is... if she'd wake up at all after this fight! DB was FAST, despite her thuggish attacks, almost as fast as Sakura herself and that meant... getting hit was an inevitability! ...And when she'd get by DB.... She was afraid some parts of her might not be the same anymore!

"H-hey.... Um.... D-don't be so m-mad, o-o-okay? W-we c-can be friendly and... and stuff! R-right?" She smiled up at her attacker shakily! "Just.... p-please don't take.... take my head off..."

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Suddenly, Sakura's wrestling name was seeming less like the result of the AFW marketing department's brainstorming session...and more of an apt description of the flowery cheerleader who wound up being half an inch away from being straight up cold-cocked. Luck being the only possible reason that D.B. could discern as to how this cherubic flower child kept coming within a hair's breadth of eating a knuckle sandwich before ducking or fumbling out of the way. Even when she was effectively cornered against the turnbuckle, she managed to evade the booming meat-hook which only faintly scratched the tip of her jaw...but it was worth the whiff now that the macabre avatar of death had the retreating cheerleader right where she wanted her.

Off her feet...Cornered...Frazzled...and absolutely Terror-Stricken. Paralyzed from the abject fear of what was about to befall her as the looming Reaper Girl cast a darkened shadow over Sakura that chilled the blood of any within it's shaded vicinity. The sight of something so snow white pure and innocently angelic cowering in fear did little to impede the bunny girl's savage impulses as she wound back the third white-knuckled fist of the night...but suddenly... she gave pause to Sakura's heartfelt pleas for mercy. An instant freeze in D.B.'s forward motions as she seemingly contemplated the cheerleader's proposal with taciturn grimness etched on her face...before gradually and eerily lowering her arm, and offering Lucky a gloved hand back to her feet?

"...you know what? You're absolutely right. There's no need for us to get off on the wrong foot here, especially when we're all here to have fun through good, clean, honest competition right? Sorry for coming on so strong there. Whaddya say we start all over with introductions?"
Whatever doom and gloom there was in D.B.'s presence was lightened up with an uncharacteristically cordial smile and sunny disposition...

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Lucky practically coward at the edge of the ring as DB stomped RIGHT up to her, fist WOUND back like it was the hammer of a gun, prepared to fire the bullet that would end Sakura forever... but a second went by... two... three and nothing ended up bashing her skull to dust! Slowly opening her eyes, the cheerleader's wide, emerald gaze flicked back up to the purple-haired bunny-girl, an open hand replacing a doomsday fist!

The cheerleader blinked in surprise as Death Bunny smiled and apologized for coming on strong, remarking how, as Lucky had stated, they didn't have to be enemies or anything! After all, this was for the love of the sport and stuff! Wow... what a 180 that was... And what a nice smile DB had... Lucky would've blushed if the cold, gnawing air of danger that seemed to radiate from her opponent like the energy of a Super Sayain had gone away!... But it hadn't... OH WELL, maybe it was just the air-conditioning being turned on too high in here! That didn't explain why her stomach seized up a bit when she looked into the eyes of DB... but maybe it was something she ate the other day! She wanted to believe that all it took was Sakura wanting this to be a friendly, happy fight for DB to change... and so, that's what she saw this offer as!

"O-Oh! Yeah! That's right!" Lucky smiled widely, reaching up to take DB's offered hand in hers! If she was allowed to do so, Sakura would use the woman's standing state to pull herself up! "My name is Yayuuki Sakura! Happy to meet you!" She greeted with a wide, genuine smile, starting introductions the way they should've been! "I hope we have a good match and stuff!"

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Let it not be said that, for all of her cantankerous brooding whilst darkening the halls of AFW as the chilling specter of darkness everlasting...there were not hints of a heartbeat pumping sanguine vitality throughout Death Bunny's veins. Perhaps it merely took the humbling sight of her cowering quarry pleading for her life alongside some semblance of wholesome fair-play and competition between them that jostled D.B.'s humanity into realizing the error of her ways by so callously terrorizing the emerald-eyed cheerleader and instilling the fear of death into her. Casting unholy judgement upon such a naive greenhorn did appear to be wholly unnecessary in the grand scheme of things upon further reflection. As if flicking on a lightswitch to illuminate the room, the begrimed darkness shrouded around D.B. had been purified into a seraphic brightness as if emanating from a golden halo floating atop D.B.'s bunny-eared noggin.

An effortless tugging from D.B. would bring the relieved flower-child back to her feet with a springing hop. The newfound "friends" amicable handshake jostling their arms throughout their wholesome reintroduction, the Bunny Girl brimming with a saintly smile that matched her benevolent aura as she relearned Lucky's full name. "Ah~...well I can tell we're going to be the absolute bestest of friends, Sakura~..." D.B. cordially responded with her eyes closed and one of her gloved hands resting against her cheek, along with a clamping insistence that they keep shaking hands for what was now becoming a prolonged period of time. "And that's such a charming and totally adorbs name too~...why, I can already see it festively decorated in flowery cursive lettering when it's chiseled into your tombstone........" The peppy exuberance in D.B.'s voice glowering into the grim baritone of her usual vocals as she crunched down on the handshake with her deathly glowering aura seeping back across her face...before abruptly yanking Sakura forward into a booming knee struck right into Lucky's stomach...

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Death Bunny's motions were so sweet and genuine, her voice so gentle and kind, Lucky wanted to believe that she had no reason to doubt the irish-wrestler's intentions. She wanted to believe that her opponent's momentary psychotic break was nothing more than that, a momentary lapse in judgement that didn't truly reflect her personality! She wanted to believe that she was a nice, goody-goody like herself... so they could be friends and stuff! Lucky never wanted someone to be her enemy or wanted someone to hate... She never wanted to have someone look down on her or for the opposite to be true! Lucky LOVED people... and she REALLY liked girls especially... So if there was even a chance that DB was truly a nice and gentle person like her... she wanted to accept it as true!

Lucky's smile grew warmer and warmer the more they talked, the cheerleader's guard relaxing... Until that twisted cold voice reared it's ugly head once more! The cheerleader's eyes shot WIDE... and then those same eyes fell DEAD as Death Bunny's knee CRUSHED into Lucky's firm, taught stomach, the sheer force BLASTING inside her seeming to stun the poor girl to her very core!

"URK!" She gagged... falling FLAT on her knees, the poor girl CLUTCHING at her belly with her hands, her forehead pressed against the floor of the ring as Lucky COUGHED and sputtered, saliva rolling down her chin and onto the floor just under her... tears rolling down her cheeks just the same!

It hurt... It hurt so much... It was like someone had shot her in the belly with a shot gun, so twisted and gnarled were the muscles in her belly! Her body twitched and convulsed, her form folding in on itself.... the poor ball of sunshine having the shine knocked out of her!

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

When one loses oneself in the savage thralls of the hunt, it can be a common mistake to disregard rationale and strategic judgment when either one could net you the quarry. Rather than aggressively pursuit the flower child into what would undeniably be another last-minute miraculous evasion, D.B. switched gears and tempted the bunny-eared prey into coming to her with as a sugary sweet a disposition she could fake. Sakura's heartfelt plea for peace and clemency showcasing a doe-eyed naivety that D.B. only wished she capitalized on earlier instead of chasing her all around the damn ring up until now. The angelic halo shimmering atop D.B's head darkening into the abyss behind her before the Bunny Reaper smashed both Sakura's air-headed notion of a burgeoning friendship, as well as her battered breadbasket in one booming knee strike. D.B. ominously still standing upright with her hand still extended well after Sakura had collapsed at her feet.

"There...that's my greeting card. I think we've come to know each-other a lot better now, don't you think?" D.B. disdainfully remarked with a callous tone complimenting the unsympathetic lifelessness to her half-lidded eyes as she observed Sakura practically coughing up a lung from a knee strike that D.B. honestly only put about 70% strength into. She might have eased up even moreso on the strike if Sakura hadn't proved herself to be such a nuisance in catching up until now...but than two deathly hands began tugging the peppy cheerleader back to her feet from her fetal position before promptly shoving her into the corner turnbuckle behind her. D.B. than encroaching upon her with fists clenched and arms tucked inward for what was going to be a pulverizing boxing session with the forlorn cheerleader playing the role of the boxing bag. Peppered body shots...wild haymakers to both of her innocently cherubic cheeks...all culminating with a jaw-popping uppercut guaranteed to make Sakura hearing bells besides the one at ringside.

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

Sakura couldn't even muster any kind of meaningful response to DB's sarcastic, cruel remark, let alone get up and fight back! Lucky had never been hit this hard before... At least, not in the stomach! There were some times where she'd been whacked with enough force to knock her unconcious... and gosh diddly darn did she wish that DB had done that to her right now... Early wrestling lessons from WAY back at the start of her career flashed before her eyes (welll.... ears, rather), the voice of her coach reminding her how utterly cruel it could be to take body blows... Sometimes, especially over the long term, damage of that sort can put people down in agonized balls on the floor, unable to move or think beyond the red of their own pain...

Kinda like how Sakura was now!

but Death Bunny's cruelty didn't stop there... No, she could've won right here and now by pinning Sakura, the poor cheerleader not having anywhere NEAR the amount of strength to kick out... But the rabbit was now in control... and it's insidious paws were going to extract every ounce of pain, agony and suffering they could from the poor, buxom cheerleader. Loopy, eyes drooped, Sakura was practically CARRIED to her feet at the behest of her opponent, before being HURLED into the corner, LITERALLY THROUGH THE AIR!

...Okay, a bit of an exaggeration, but Lucky was going so fast, she barely got in two steps before crossing the entirity of the ring's diameter before her spine SLAMMED into the corner! Instantly, her body seized, her eyes shot wide, the poor girl gagging softly as her body again buckled inward... But DB was on her faster than Sakura could ever hope to react too... The first few punches crashed into her cheeks like blows from a hammer, but luckily (or unluckily), their presence woke her up instead of putting her out! Her body folded behind her arms, DB RIPPED into her like a shredder against cheese, each stroke ripping off a piece of Lucky's defense... each stroke BLASTING into Lucky!

"UGH! URGH! GUH!" Sakura groaned, punches BEATING into her belly, face... before a MASSIVE uppercut EXPLODED under her jaw, her head shooting UP into the sky, eyes completely blank, the sound like bone CRUNCHING under a thousand pound weight! Completely and utterly spent, Sakura fell forward, her mind long-since gone... Dreamland awaited.

D.B.'s preconception within AFW was initially bewilderment and apprehension, many in attendance not knowing what to make of the fluffy-eared reaper and her morbidly taciturn grimness. Eventually those people became captivated by the mysterious aura that enshrouded her in a veil of shadowy gloom~...or were just itching to see a good blood-knuckled brawl. But regardless of her perception amongst the fandom before tonight, at this particular moment, her role could not have been anymore defined as the bitter truth given human form. The bunny-eared bruiser bullying the cherubic cheerleader with a seemingly endless barrage of booming strikes and haymakers that had D.B. twisting her ankles to shift her weight into each and every punch. Sakura swaying to and from the brute force being levied against her supple softness with one wound-back uppercut acting as the impromptu ring bell concluding this round of boxing. D.B. ending this one round with an exhalation through her flared nostrils while standing upright before abruptly catching the flower child slumping out of the corner...

...well...not so much catching as being the unflinching structure that Sakura sagged deeply against, their bountiful breasts mashing faintly as the side of her pummeled face nuzzled against D.B.'s shoulder. And here D.B. was ready to go for Round Two after a brief respite. "...you wanna wiggle your tits and ass for the camera?. Fine. But don't think that throwing pillows in some sex hotel with a camera on makes you worth my time. You're just another pathetic, dime a dozen snowflake who wouldn't last ten seconds in a real fight, whose is only given the light of day around here because you fill out a bikini. Remember that...and we won't need to have this discussion again." D.B. morosely imparted while staring blankly forwards as she whispered her harsh criticisms into Sakura's ear, delivered coldly and with zero empathy before motioning backwards. Sakura not being given the opportunity to topple down before having her neck clamped down upon by the Grim Hopper. D.B. fastening her choking grip tightly while tugging onto the side of Sakura's outfit to haul the cheerleader up for several seconds of stalled air-time before choke-slamming her to hell...or rather, to the canvas below.

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

For all the time it might've took for Death Bunny to have come up with such a gripping and well orchestrated speech, it would be relegated to nothing more than a glorified monologue as it all fell on deaf ears! Sakura had long since fallen into the realm of dreams after that utterly brutal beating the bunny-eared beater had given her, the world of thoughts... being surprisingly dark and empty. Lucky's eyes were closed, her breaths even and dreamy... body taken far beyond it's limits. Somewhere, deep in that dark, a primal, simple part of the cheerleader's subconscious screamed, criticized and berated itself, for letting her ever get to this point, from not just forefetting this match before things got this bad... for letting her own hopes get the better of her objectivity.

...Now DB slammed Lucky into the floor with enough force to potentially send her through it... and take her out of commission for the longest of times.

Whatever parts of her were still functioning on a higher-level were silenced totally and completely, Death Bunny having completely flattened the cheerleader, reducing her to nothing more than a mere rag-doll. Should DB continue the assault, the Ref would JUMP between them, threatening to have her disqualified! After all, Lucky was in NO shape to fight. She couldn't hope to even open her eyes, let alone raise her hands! Death Bunny had already made her point knocking her out with punches and overkilled the poor girl to the disgust and discomfort of the crowd around her already! Sakura's existance was blank, wiped, her body mangled and twisted, potentially something vital seriously injured, bones cracked or maybe even broken!

The look on the Ref's face said it all, her eyes wide, fearful, glancing between the defeated, almost DEAD-looking angel... and the rodent of darkness standing over her. The ground had given around Lucky's upper back and shoulders, causing Lucky's body to sink into the canvas at an angle, her complexion pale... a ghostly white.

Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies - Page 2 Empty Re: Lucky vs Death Bunny: The Battle of the Bunnies

So it was, with a booming indentation into the ring, that the match reached it's callous, if not inevitable, conclusion. No miraculous surge of diehard momentum and indomitable spirit willed on by the chorus of cheering hopefuls. No lesson learned about the merits of perseverance in the face of an impossible feat. Simply the cold, dark reality chilling the arena to the bones as the peppy cheerleader was laid to rest beside the floppy-eared reaper. A shadow silhouette being cast from the towering brawler who was soon afterward officially declared the winner by unadulterated knockout via the ringing of the bell just to make the result official. Just in case there was any lingering doubt in the minds of the cheerleader's fandom who were disheartened by the result of this clear mismatch.

"..."

The malicious reaper thinking that no more words needed to be said considering that her heartless actions had spoken for themselves, so she remained as silent as the grave. One trudging step after another directed D.B. towards the ring corner where her top hat and trenchcoat dangled. Brandishing both articles of clothing once more with a dramatic whirl of her tattered coat and a tipped down slant to her hat as she started making her way out of the ring with her gloved hands stuffed into her pockets. That is until she came to the splayed out figure of her formerly bubbly opponent for the night. She took a hand out of her pocket and directed it towards Sakura's face, stirring the horrified crowd into shutting their eyes and compelling the referee to be ready to intervene...until D.B. ended up just yanking the bunny ears off of Sakura's head before calmly making her exit for the night.
