"Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. Akiha Kosha: Falls Count Anywhere

"ONE!"

Alaina moaned and squirmed a bit, thrashing weakly as Akiha had managed to keep her pinned without Alaina putting up much of a fight to get out. "Unghhhhhhhh....."

"TWO!"

Alaina again weakly flailed as the two count came. The referee's hand rose and was starting a third descent when Alaina let out an ear splitting war cry, thrusting up and getting her shoulder off the ground with as much force as she could! Alaina fell back to the ground, gasping for breath. Her head was still swimming, but she had prevented herself from getting pinned for the time being. That still didn't mean she was anywhere near out of the woods yet...

Akiha would lay on top of Alaina and hook her leg, pinning her down on the barely padded floor. The referee would begin the count as the Japanese wrestler used this time to recover as well. She would hear the one count and continue to keep her opponent covered. Then the female referee would bring her hand down for the second time. So far there hadn't been must resistance from her opponent, so the crimson hair wrestler felt confident that the match was won at this point.

But suddenly she would hear a large war cry coming from the Amazon before the pinfall was then broken. The Japanese wrestler would be pushed off and get back on her knees, with her eyes wide open as she could not believe what happened. She would place her hands on her head, trying to think what to do next. It seemed she needed to hit her opponent with something harder. One a positive note, this had given her some additional time to recover from all the attacks.

Akiha would get on her feet while attempting to pull on Alaina's hair, trying to get the foreign wrestler up on her feet. If she could do so, she would try to place the Amazon head below her armpit before trying to lift her up in the air, attempting to set her up for a suplex.

Alaina was still struggling to breathe as Akiha grabbed hold and lift her up. She groaned as Akiha wrapped her up and tried to lift. Alaina wrapped a leg around Akiha's to prevent the lift from happening, bringing them back to a reset position.

Alaina wrapped an arm around Akiha, trying to lift her up and hold her straight vertically if she could. The amazon attempted a desperate spin as she held Akiha, trying to suplex her down front-side-first onto the barricade!

Akiha managed to get Alaina back up to her feet and placed her head under her armpit. She would then grab the Amazon trunks and attempt to pull her up into the air but as she attempted to do so, the foreign wrestler wrapped her leg around Akiha. The crimson hair wrestler was about to attempt a blow to the stomach in order to loosen her opponent leg but before she could do so, she would find Alaina arms wrapped around her before being lifted up vertically. The Japanese wrestler would then be sent into the barricade, landing on her stomach. This would cause her eyes to widen as she tried to gasp for air while laying on top of the barricade.

Alaina saw Akiha land, she heard the impact. She was more than happy to help her off the barricade. Alaina grabbed Akiha by the hair and lift up, tossing her back over the barricade into the crowd! Alaina heard the fans cheering as she had managed to turn things around although her head pounded. Her ears were still ringing. She still loved that cheering though, and wanted to make the crowd louder. As she saw Akiha laying on the ground below, Alaina climbed up onto the barricade and perched herself on top, facing away from Akiha.

The amazon took a deep breath before jumping back, trying to stick Akiha with a moonsault splash from the barricade! IF she landed successfully she would remain on top and hook one of Akiha's legs, slapping the ground with her free hand to signify to the referee to start counting!

Akiha was now trying to gasp for air while on top of the barricade, just trying to get some oxygen into her lungs. Just as she began to take a few breaths, she would feel her hair being pulled and thrown over the barricade and into the crowd. Things were getting even worse now, unlike before where they were fighting in a barely padded ground, there was nothing but the hard floor, making all the attacks more painful.

Security would make sure that the audience members would be kept away from the two wrestlers as their battle continued. The Japanese wrestler would groan, her entire body hurting at this point as she attempted to move but was unable to do so at the moment. While she was down on the ground, she would have no idea what Alaina was doing and as a result, was taken by surprise when the Amazon landed right on top of her. Akiha head and legs would shot up when her foreign wrestler landed on top of her and her eyes would go wide open for a second before going shut and the rest of her body fell back down on the hard ground.

A referee would quickly make her way towards the duo as Akiha leg was hooked and pinned. The referee would raise her hand in the air and start to bring it down for the pin count. At the moment the Japanese wrestler didn't even know what was happening.

“ONE”

Alaina wondered if this was it.... was she going to beat Akiha here and now? She kept her hold tight, leaning with all her weight down on Akiha.

"TWO!"

Alaina held her breath. She was one second away from a measure of redemption. Or, she could be less than a second away from disappointment. She knew what she hoped for but also knew banking on Akiha going down so quickly was foolhardy. The woman was good and she was tough. Alaina did have to give credit where credit was due. Still, she knew she had done a lot to the torso of her foe in the last few moments.

Akiha at the moment was feeling the pain all over her body as the Amazon had done a good number on her. At the moment she was having a hard time breathing with all the attacks she had taken, having Alaina on top of her didn't make it any easier. The Japanese wrestler would hear the one count and would try to muster whatever energy she could in order to break the pin but her body just wasn't listening to her.

The crimson hair wrestler would then hear the two count. She wasn't going to let Alaina just come in and roll over her. Akiha was the tag team champion and she had beaten her opponent twice before, so she could do it a third time. Using mostly her willpower and whatever strength she could muster, Akiha would attempt to kick out. The referee would bring her hand down for the three count but just before she would hit the ground, Akiha would kick out at the last second. At this point, it would take an instant replay for some to see that the Japanese wrestler had actually kicked out in time.

Alaina looked up in shock at the referee who was signaling that it was just a two count even though Alaina could swear that she heard their hand hit the ground a third time. A blank look was etched on her face and the amazon was still in shock. Alaina slowly rose to her feet, gasping for breath and not sure of what to do with Akiha. She saw a walkway leading to a hall that took them to the main concourse and Alaina wanted to take the action that way.

Grabbing Akiha by the hair, the amazon marched over towards the wall, picking up speed as she moved forward! Alaina was trying to step up and toss Akiha by the hair up against the concrete wall of the hallway! Alaina couldn't give up now, not after she nearly had Akiha beat just now. She had to stay focused, to keep her eyes on the prize. She owed Julia that much after Summer Splash. She felt like she was the one to let them down, Julia never had yet it was Julia who was never to hold any gold despite her amazing career in Japan.

Akiha would quickly inhale and exhale, taking the moment of confusion by her kick out to rest a bit and gather her energy. Right now she needed every single break she could get due to the vicious attacks she had taken from her Amazon opponent. Though the Japanese wrestler got a few breaths in, she would then be pulled by the hair, causing her to get back on her feet as she continued to inhale and exhale profoundly.

The crimson hair crusader would then be dragged by the hair towards the wall. The closer they got, the faster they went. Soon she would be sent right into the wall head first but instead, she placed her hands forward and stop her head crashing right into the wall as both palms of her hands were on the wall now. She wasn't going to let Alaina treat her like a ragdoll and get a win over her like this.
