Fri Aug 17, 2018 9:06 pm by WrestleMind

Looking for a match for my character Sophie Salt.

I'm open to hearing almost any offer. Overall id prefer a female opponent for her but I'll hear out male offers as well.

(Elizabeth Brooks is a secondary but equal option.)

So, let me start by apologizing to those I'm in threads with. Thank you for your patience.

I've been kinda off an on last few weeks, and, much as I hate to say it, that might continue. Fell into a little financial trouble (Red Light Camera's are fucking bullshit I tell ya!) so been working a lot more to compensate, life's getting busier and more hectic, and my great grandmother, 102, is on Hospice, so the families been meeting in her room every night to be with her, in case its her last.

It was a pretty hard beginning for Tessa too, despite being the veteran. It still felt pretty good to come back into ring action after she had been doing more promo and lewd matches. Not that she had been out of training, she was indeed quite the training fanatic, but training and a match were still two different things.

And speaking of universal truths, a boxing bag would not strike back contrary to her knight themed opponent who pelted her with strikes right now after she had been quite paralyzed in her hold.
“Ghn!”
She grunted before letting go of the other girl, trying to take the chance to run a rope and clothesline Triin.

Re: Medieval history match: Tessa vs. Triin

Triin's brief moment of being frozen in Tessa's hold was just a sign of a rookie feeling some pressure. Her plan had been interrupted, and momentarily she was at a loss of an idea of what to do. It was something she didn't obviously want Tessa to notice, which she probably didn't as the Estonian soon instinctively began aiming some stiff chops at her opponent's midsection. And luckily, Triin was soon able to free herself once again.

Tessa wasn't without a plan herself though. The moment she released her hold on Triin, she was already moving. And when Triin could turn to see her opponent again, Tessa was already running at her. But that wasn't necessarily a bad thing! The Baltic knightess decided to quickly raise her knee at the last second to greet her approaching foe with it...

...But her plan didn't quite work out as she had hoped for. Triin wasn't sure if her knee had managed to hit Tessa at all the way she had wanted to, or if it had indeed done some damage, but in any case it hadn't stopped Tessa from Clotheslining her. The Estonian's back was promptly slammed to the mat, before she quickly got up sitting on the mat, trying to recover from the impact.

There had been a lot of fancy plans for Triin in the mind of the Blonde. Maybe a nice elbow drop straight after the clothesline in a little combination. Or a move she busted out rarely, a nice snapmare.

Sadly for her, Triin was not really ok with that and hammered away at her with a raised knee, pretty much in the moment her own move had hit its mark more or less.
“GHN!”
She groaned before falling to the side with the kinetic energy of the knee strike, rolling around on the floor with one hand on her hip where she had been hit.

The two knightesses had collided, and Triin had taken damage from the Clothesline. Her back hurt, but she had also felt her knee connecting with something. Thus, the Estonian tried to quickly get back sitting up in order to observe how Tessa was doing.

Apparently she had taken quite some damage as well. Triin's last second defense had proven successful and the both fighters were trying to recover from the impact. Seeing Tessa rolling around on the mat, Triin however decided that this could be an opportunity to try gaining the upper hand...

She started heading towards Tessa's legs. Hoping that she could reach them before Tessa would manage to get much back up again, Triin's plan was to try halting her foe's movement with an ankle lock for now.

Tessa had not really thought that Triin would just be getting up that soon. Before she was fully aware of what was happening, the girl would turn her around after grabbing her at then ankle.
“AHN!”
She yelled when she realized what was about to happen, her fingers grasping in thin air when the pressure was applied to her foot and her eyes were wide open while her hair was flying around as if it had a life on its own.

An ankle lock was devastating at this early point to her, and the fighter girl in her also knew that. So she would concentrate instead of further going banana in the hold. Putting her hands on the ground, she would look to roll forward explosively and flip Triin over in the process.

Re: Medieval history match: Tessa vs. Triin

Post by Jaystar on Sat Nov 04, 2017 2:08 am

By now Triin had learnt that her opponent was dangerous. Tessa definitely wasn't a newbie in the ring, and her experience was probably something the Estonian should be aware of. For Triin, that acutely meant at least two things. First, she couldn't afford any stupid mistakes. Second, she had to try staying on top and in control as effectively as possible, because if Tessa managed to get control of her, it would probably be pretty difficult to counter that again.

Thus, a quick ankle lock sounded like a good option. It could allow Triin some control, and honestly, her plan was partly to get some recovery time from the Clothesline while keeping the hold in place.

That plan had a flaw though. Even if it started off good, Tessa was soon struggling with much greater effort than the Baltic Knightess had expected. But the force of the forward roll was something that really caught Triin off guard, and she was instantly flipped over by the veteran's clever move.

All of a sudden, the pain in her ankle subsided and the Blonde heard the satisfying thud she had hoped for, the sound of her opponent flying through the air and then landing on her back. At least that was what she would have expected to happen, and a quick glance over the shoulder showed her that she was spot on with her thought.

Crawling backward, Tessa would try to reach Triin before she could get up and put her into a side headlock, a rest hold she could already need so quick in the match. And best of all, she did not have to stand on her ankle.

Re: Medieval history match: Tessa vs. Triin

By now Triin had already gotten some taste of Tessa's experience, and more was to follow. The Baltic Knightess had attempted to catch some rest with the help of an ankle lock, but Tessa had suddenly managed to reverse the roles! Her forward roll surprising the rookie, Triin was instantly flipped over to the mat.

But was that a bad thing? Not necessarily. She could get her rest there, well, as long as she kept her eye on Tessa. And where was she? Somewhere behind her. Definitely not standing though, that was for sure. Everything seemed OK.

But suddenly, Triin's head was caught into a side headlock! Tessa's crawling movement had gone undetected by her, and now it was her opponent's time to try catching some rest with a hold. While it was far from the worst of holds Triin had been in, it was still uncomfortable and the Estonian wasn't voluntarily going to be kept in one. So Triin then started trying to drive her other elbow into Tessa's side, hoping that those strikes would make her blonde foe to release her rest hold.

For the first few seconds, Tessa was just glad that her ankle did not have to do work at all. It had not been too long she had been in the ankle lock, but she knew very well how devastating it could be so it was both a physical and mental issue she had to deal with. but she knew how to play over such concerns and gave only a grunt as audible sign for her thoughts.

“...Ow...”
Triin had been probably a little bit surprised, but finally she came back to life and began to hammer away at her. It was a bad position for a transition move, so thr Blonde would rather attempt to go for a quick elbow strike against the breast area of her opponent and then roll away from the hold.

Re: Medieval history match: Tessa vs. Triin

Triin wasn't in a good place, but she wasn't in the worst either. While being held in a side headlock, she still had a good opportunity to start driving her elbow to Tessa's side. For a brief moment the German appeared to take it, but then she suddenly decided to use her own elbow as well. The strike easily hit Triin's ample chest, forcing a shriek out of the Estonian.

With immediate effect, the two knightesses rolled away from each other. And Triin wasn't happy. Hurting her breasts had just made the Estonian a tad angrier, and it meant that she was more than willing to attack Tessa as soon as possible.

Quickly getting up, Triin set her sights immediately on her blonde foe. Without delay, the Estonian sprung towards Tessa with an angry and determined look on her face, hoping to then deliver a roundhouse kick to whichever part of her foe that would be the closest to her.
