[FWC] A Day At the Arcade! (for Ragdoll)

Sachiko had taken a day off of training, her first match was a good showing at how tough the competition could get, but there was another part of Sachiko's life that felt like was in a void. The thrill of competition was unmatched by wrestling, so much so that when she wasn't wrestling she needed to find a suitable replacement to sate her urges. Which is how she ended up at an arcade, playing a fighting game.

Twirling the joystick around as she was fighting online, against one of the other players in the arcade, she didn't know who but they were putting up a great fight as she got into it. She never had much trouble in video games before, having another impressive set of skills that allowed her to dominate the virtual realm, it seemed that since taking in Pro Wrestling into her life, challenges were coming left and right from all directions!

Mavis had decided to go out on her own for today, deciding to take a little break from Manager's dormitory. Sure she loved everyone there but she just felt cooped up! A bad case of cabin fever one could say. So she found her way into the city and stumbled into an arcade. Smiling, she saw an array of different games that peaked her interest. One being a certain fighting game that allowed players to fight against one another. Shrugging, Mavis sat on one of the stools and decided to play.

Of course a simple video game wouldn't cause her much trouble, giving her extensive knowledge in tactics and strategy. But even though she was clearly out playing her opponent, her opponent was offering a pretty good fight. Mavis thought perhaps she might have to give her 70% if she wanted to win, which certainly peaked her interest at who her mysterious opponent was.

Sachiko's eyes went star eyed at the fight, she was having so much fun mashing on the buttons, twirling the joystick around to try and get off combos. But her opponent was doing a great job either avoiding the start up combos or breaking her combos with well placed counter strikes. It got Sachiko feeling the pressure, been a while since that happened in a video game which made it all hte more exciting.

She was on the losing end however, chip damage and the counter strikes were wearing down her character as her limit break was filled! It was now or never as she attempted her character's Super!

Mavis was having a blast. This was quite literally the first time she's ever felt interested and amused with playing a video game outside in public. As she her super intelligent brain was working as fast as it could to help predict possible moves and combos her opponent would do, right time to perform counter strikes and block, and build up her own limit break. She smiled when she saw her opponent's limit break had filled all the way up. Mavis had a particular reason in picking what players regarded as the weakest player in the game. He was regarded as the weakest because no one actually knew how to use him properly nor did they know his hidden Special.

Right as her opponent activated their Special, Mavis smirked, whispering, "Checkmate." As her opponent's character's Special activated, she performed her Special combo at the last second! Her character raised his arm in the air before shouting, "HERO TIME!"

Right at that instant, five other characters that were similarly dressed as him came out from behind him, and posed like the Power Rangers or Super Sentai.

"SUPER DUPER ULTIMATE FINAL HERO RAMPAGE! GO!" her character exclaimed as her characters and his friends pulled out a mirror behind them to bounce deflect and cancel the Special. Her character would then uppercut her opponent's character in the air before he and his friends jumped up to perform a small animation and hit her opponent's character repeatedly for a 50 Move Combo! The animation ended with her character slamming her opponent's character into the ground and raising his arm in the air.

"HEROES! VICTORY IS OURS! YATA!" her character cheered as he and his friends posed. Mavis would then let out a huge sigh of relief. That Special was such a dangerous gamble because one mess up and the whole trigger would've been ruined. But she was so excited and pumped from the fight, she wondered who her opponent was!

Sachiko's eyes widened when her Super was countered and left her in the kill shot! "What?! Noooo!" Sachiko cried out dramatically as she pulled her hands off of the controls in dramatic fashion, acting as if she was going to be hit by the Super as she watched as an extravagant sequence of attacks was pulled together and destroyed Sachiko's character as she let out a big No for everyone to hear as they turned to see what was the fuss about.

DEFEAT

Popped on the screen, it didn't feel good to lose but Sachiko was happy that it gave her a rush as she stood up, looking around to see who would've played her before looking around the row of games to see if someone was there. There was. Smiling to herself, she got off from her station and walked over to who she thought her opponent was to give a congratulatory post match thanks. "Hey there! Are you the one I just fought?"

Mavis would stretch her arms and take a deep breath before a girl suddenly approached her. She looked really pretty and young, around 19. When the girl asked if she was her opponent, Mavis smiled and nodded. "If you just fought Hero Ranger Red, then I'm your girl! You put up a really good fight!" Mavis complimented as she extended her arm out for a handshake, "I'm Mavis! Nice to meet you! Never thought I'd meet someone who'd give me a run for my money at a regular arcade like this!"

Mavis was genuinely pleased. She'd rarely ever get someone who was as skilled at video games as her. And finally meeting someone who she could proudly call a worthy challenger was a great refresher.

Sachiko let out a big smile as it was indeed the person she just faced off against, it would've been rather embarrassing if she were to talk to anyone other person in the arcade. "Nice to meet you!" she let out as she took the hand and gave a firm shake. It wasn't often that Sachiko found anyone who was willing to play against her and on top of that be good enough to pull the fiercest of fights out of her in the virtual world.

"Hehehe, you were really good! I didn't know what to expect when I came in here today, but I'm glad that I did! It's been a long while since I've had this much fun!"

"Hehe, you were pretty good yourself Ms. Sachiko," Mavis said as she recognized the girl in front of her from her memory. She remembered looking over some of Manager's documents on the various girls in AFW before and this girl recently had her debut match. It was well-fought and she could tell this girl was definitely going to be strong opponent in the future if they ever crossed paths in the ring.

"There's rarely ever anyone who could push me to actually try my best at a video game before," Mavis complimented, jumping off the stool she was sitting on and walked over to some other arcade machines, "You must be a natural at them! I bet you could go pro with those skills of yours!"
