So, let me start by apologizing to those I'm in threads with. Thank you for your patience.

I've been kinda off an on last few weeks, and, much as I hate to say it, that might continue. Fell into a little financial trouble (Red Light Camera's are fucking bullshit I tell ya!) so been working a lot more to compensate, life's getting busier and more hectic, and my great grandmother, 102, is on Hospice, so the families been meeting in her room every night to be with her, in case its her last.

And there went the scream. It was amazing, really, how your body could do that without you even wanting it to happen. Valley had been in a similar position to Ava so many times, where she’d sworn she wasn’t going to scream, wasn’t going to let that shrill noise escape her lips.

It always did. You could bite your tongue, shake your head, and forcibly slam you mouth shut so hard that it made your teeth hurt, but the scream would always find a way out. Each and every time.

Once more to Ava’s credit, that scream wasn’t followed by a submission. The Canadian endured where other women would’ve surely given in, obstinately pulling herself forward, dragging Valley forward even as she cranked the hold back more and more. The crowd even began to root for her, wanting the underdog to escape and maybe even make a combat.

A nice, romantic notion. One that Valley had no interest in allowing to happen.

She decided that the best route was simply to switch things up before Ava could reach the ropes, instead of holding on until she got the break. In one sudden movement, Valley let go of the hold entirely, releasing Ava’s head and leg, only using her chest to pin down the bigger woman. Before she could get away, though, the champion tried to snake her arms underneath the pinkette’s shoulders and clasp her hands behind the back of her skull, going for a full nelson hold. Not the most painful of moves, but it would force Ava’s arms up, giving her no way to push herself forward. The ropes were close, but it wouldn’t matter if she couldn’t touch them, if she couldn’t get just a little bit closer.

The pain was almost unbearable, but each move forwards brought her closer and closer to the ropes, to salvation.

She knew a few wrestlers that would have given up by now, maybe she was foolish for refusing to. But damn it she was going to give her all and keep going for as long as she had hope left to drive her.

For a second, Ava thought she might even be able to make it to the safe haven of the ropes as Valley's grip seemed to loosen - before the realization hit her. There was no reason that the champ's grip would loosen. No good one, at least.

Her fears were confirmed as the blonde's arms snaked under her shoulders and hoisted her arms above her own head, while the champ's weight crushed down on her from behind while the rope, that damned rope, just hung there in front of her, taunting her.

So, this was it then. She'd been bested. Compared to the STF this wasn't even that painful, but the Canadian was trapped and at the champ's mercy. She could already hear the crowd chanting... Ava? Her name? They were cheering her?

Well to hell with that then, if her hope had been taken away that just meant it was time to get crazy.

She really had no idea if this would work, but it was worth the try at least. With Valley pressing down on her back, Ava would try to bring her knees up under her, then lift both of them up under her strength. If the Canadian managed it, she had every intention to keep going, putting every ounce of strength she could into bringing them both back up to her feet. Either she was going to pull off something insane, or she was going to fail horribly.

But even if she did fail, she'd at least know she tried.

Re: Entropy Championship Title Match: Valley Doll (C) vs. Ava Landry - The Brass Ring [FWC]

Post by acuya on Thu May 11, 2017 5:45 am

Wrestling crowds could be a fickle bunch during the best of times, but even so, Valley couldn’t remember the last time she’d seen such a stark turn. Going from jeering the upstart rookie for going after to the title, to rallying behind Ava as she fought from the bottom, the mood swing was enough to give her whiplash.

It seemed to work, too. Ava was having a hard time with it, but she was getting back up. In a truly impressive display of willpower, she was starting to stand, resolute in her climb. She was going to do it. She was going to stand, regardless of the pain and pressure.

The only thing, though, was that Ava was pretty much doing exactly what Valley needed her to do. Kind of sad, really. Not enough that Valley would shy away from doing what she had in mind, but sad.

With a soft sigh, Valley wrapped her svelte legs around Ava’s waist, powered down with a tight bodyscissors, and jerked back hard to bring them back to the mat, attempting to erase all of her opponent’s progress. It would all equal up to a powerful and deadly combination, one that she’d suffered through herself about a year ago.

What did Alicia call it? The End of All Hope.

Re: Entropy Championship Title Match: Valley Doll (C) vs. Ava Landry - The Brass Ring [FWC]

Post by veritech892 on Tue May 16, 2017 4:46 am

She was doing it, she was actually doing it. It seemed like such a superhero moment as Ava planted her foot on the ground, rising slowly, and stomping her other foot down as she continued to rise, lifting her weight in addition to that of the champ up.

This match had been something of a roller coaster for the Canadian emotionally. She had started off being jeered, had experienced both victories and defeats through the course of it, and then, just as she had lost hope of winning, the crowd had come behind her and cheered her on. Now here she was, rising up in the face of all the odds, with the Entropy champion clinging to her back. She felt amazing.

And there was absolutely no way this could last.

Ava's first indication that her moment of triumph was coming to a crashing end was Valley's legs wrapping around her waist, crushing the pinkette between the blonde's legs. After that, the way Valley jerked back was just the confirmation that Ava needed to know that things were taking a definite turn for the worse.

She tried to stay on her feet as hard as she could, but the pressure from Valley was just too much to resist, and so Ava fell backwards onto the champ, writhing and squirming as she found herself trapped in the blonde's grasp, trying to do something, anything, to get the blonde off of her.

Valley didn't often do bodyscissors, reasoning that her thigh power was better spent targeting the head - more pain, plus the chance of getting a knockout even if your opponent/victim didn't tap. But as she laid there with crossed ankles, squeezing the life out of Ava, she could definitely see the benefits.

Aside from the fact that it just felt great on her leg muscles - like a giant stress ball - it was effective at what it did, pulverizing the woman in her grasp. Ava was fighting hard and vigorously, tossing this way and that, but she wasn't getting out. Period. Valley twisted her left and right, tossed her body all about, stretched her out as far as she could go, put her through pain that would've had her screaming for release when she was Ava’s age.

Good stuff. But it wasn't working. Not yet.

Ava, stubborn as ever, was clinging to life even as Valley ratcheted up the pressure, putting more and more force into her legs, even pulsating her legs to give alternating pain. Release. Squeeze. Release. Squeeze. Release. Squeeze.

Ava gritted her teeth, trying not to scream out as she found every avenue of escape blocked, and every attempt to wiggle free of the hold resulting in yet more pain. Valley's legs were wrapped around her, in a tortuous pattern of squeezing and releasing her as the champ held onto her arms, making her useless as she was trapped on her back.

For a while, Ava had thought maybe she had a chance at taking the belt. She had seen the crowd change opinions through the course of the match, she had managed to hold up to everything the champ had thrown at her, and through sheer force of will she had held on through some excruciating submission holds. But then, just as she had felt her heart soaring and her moment coming, she had been dropped into this, and her hope was fading fast.

Her willpower took another hit as she finally found the pain too much to handle. Her teeth parted as she unleashed the scream that had been welling up inside of her, squirming in pain as Valley's legs further crushed her between them. She could see the referee moving into position, watching to see if she wanted to take the loss, to escape the champ's grasp.

It was tempting, Ava had come farther than even she had expected in this match. But no, not yet. She still had one last hold out of willpower that hadn't been depleted yet. She'd squirm, still hoping for a miracle, for some way out. But if she couldn't find one, or if Valley found a way to push even more pain upon her, the Canadian didn't see much option but to submit.

Now Valley was starting to worry. Judging by the concerned look in the referee’s face, she shared some of the same concerns.

Ava’s struggle in the hold was noble, she couldn’t deny it. It had to feel like her body was literally being split down the middle, ripped into pieces. It was the sort of thing that made Valley proud to wield the Entropy Belt, knowing that so many talented and strong women were willing to put their lives and livelihoods on the line just to take her gold.

But there came a point where honor turned into recklessness, and Valley couldn’t help but feel Ava was reaching it. The longer she held the hold, the more she recovered, and the harder things got for the pinkette. To much more, and Valley would have to cross a line she was dreading.

”You put up a great match, Ava,” Valley whispered and gave her thighs a good flexing, pumping more power into the Canadian’s sides. ”One of my best, really. But it’s over now. Give up before things go too far, okay?”

Re: Entropy Championship Title Match: Valley Doll (C) vs. Ava Landry - The Brass Ring [FWC]

Ava knew she couldn't take much more of this - not just before she tapped, but before she did something stupid, something that could get her hurt. Her writhing in pain was confirmation enough, but she had gotten drunk on the cheers of the crowd. She hadn't expected to hear them like this, and as best as she had pushed their jeers off when she first got into the ring, now she was terrified to disappoint them. Even if that meant getting herself hurt.

And she was devastated that she'd gotten so enthralled in the match that it took Valley's comment to make her realize that.

Ava let out a gasp of pain, the latest of many, and gave a resigned nod. It was over, there wasn't any point in continuing to struggle, she'd already known that. She squirmed, trying to tap her hand on anything that was convenient while staring the referee in the eyes, teeth gritted as the blonde kept pumping pain into her sides.

"I give." She choked out.

A gasp, a sigh, a tap, and an admission. Just like that, it was over.

The second, the exact moment that the referee seemed to accept Ava’s submission, Valley Doll relinquished the hold and freed her now-former opponent from the leggy prison. It was almost as much of a relief for her as it was for Ava, with her legs starting to lock up from the extended use, her muscles aching and waiting for a break. If she’d had to hold that for another twenty seconds, she would’ve had to let it go.

Thankfully, she didn’t, and she couldn’t have been more glad for it. She sat up and started to stand, looking down at Ava as the referee came over with the Entropy Belt. She wanted to be happy, and she was for the most part - another successful defense, another worthy opponent faced, what more could you ask for?

Still, she’d been a young wrestler once, and she knew what it felt like to miss opportunity when it came knocking. Valley didn’t want to play den mother, but she hoped Ava wouldn’t be too quick to leave the ring. Not before they had a few words.

In the moment, though, there was tradition to be observed. The referee moved to Valley’s side, lifted her hand in the air as the crowd cheered, and the referee made everything official.

”Your winner and still Entropy Champion, VALLEY DOLL!”

Ava rolled out of Valley's grasp the moment she felt it loosen, falling to the canvas and grabbing at her sides, gingerly holding them as she coughed in pain. The Canadian took a moment to just lie there on the mat and recover, with the way that fight had gone, she felt like it was at least a small luxury that she could afford.

Besides, she didn't feel like Valley was the kind of wrestler to do anything untoward against a defeated opponent.

In a moment, the adrenaline started to wear off, and Ava felt every wound she'd taken through the match start to surface, her muscles pulsing with pain. It took her a few moments to summon the willpower to get herself back up to her feet, but once she did she was all sunshine and smiles, her friendly attitude returning with ease.

There was just one last thing she wanted to do at the moment, and that was to go out like a good sport. Approaching the champ, she offered a hand, smiling warmly at the blonde. "Good match."
