Wreck It-Bail!

The Japanese police station, much like everything else in the country seemed to be an odd mix of tradition and modern design. It was hard to imagine, but the black haired, bespectacled woman that strode into the building payed it little mind. She wasn't interested in disorganized, anachronistic architecture. She was here for business.

Making her way through the red tape and and depositing the necessary yen, it wasn't long before she was led past the main desk and through the halls towards the holding cell. Behind the bars, in the cell was a hoodie clad girl who had spent the night inside the sterile facility.

"This was a real pain." The woman said. "This is the hardest I've had to work in a looong time. I really hope the irony of this hasn't been lost on you either. " She grinned. "You're free to go for now, but I don't know what's going to happen in the future. As it stands right now, you're probably facing prosecution. I'm not a lawyer though. I only know what my sources tell me..."

The girl in the cell laid back on a bench with her knees up and her hands behind her head, and looked up when her liberator came.

"Yeah?" She said.

She sat up and tugged the hood of her sweatshirt back over her head. The black bandana, that had hidden her face and protected her from breathing in any airborne wrestling ring ash the night before, hung around her neck. She decided not to go all bandita while she was still in the police station, so she left it down for now.

She got up and walked with her friend, signed off on police paperwork where directed, and soon was back on the street.

"If they wanna lock me up for a stunt like that where no one got hurt, then fuck 'em. I'll pay for the fucking ring, I don't give a fuck."

She paused for a moment, and then glanced over at her bespectacled friend. "Well... I guess somebody got hurt..." She said, her smile absent where it would have been expected.

She tugged the bandana back up until it covered her nose and mouth and slipped her hands in her pockets. It was actually pretty comfortable to walk around like that, hidden from the world. It was like a security blanket, a scary one, with the words GUNS RAZORS KNIVES on the back.

"I mean no one got hurt in the fire."

"Yeah, well, hurt or not, Lukretia's pissed. She's looking to make a statement and you're lucky she hasn't. Normally she'd let quite a bit slide, so there might be pressure on her too. Maybe Cassandra's even pissed off."

The girl shrugged.

"If you laid low and let it blow over, that would be that, but, you know I only say that cause I have to. Whatever you're in for, so am I. That's the deal. Does anyone else know your here?"

The hooded girl put her arm around her friend and gave her a squeeze. "I like you," she said. "I hope Cassandra's pissed. She shoulda been pissed a long time ago."

Right on cue, the girl's phone rang in her pocket. She pulled it out and silenced it, stared at the screen for a moment, and then put it away again. "And... no. No one knows yet, but you know it's only a matter of time before the secret's out. For everybody. I just... I wanna do as much damage as I can while I still have the chance. Oh, by the way, I have a thing tonight. You should come."

The girl smiled and nodded. "Heh. I'll do my best to keep everyone at bay, no matter which way they come at you. It's been a long time since I've been involved in a his kind of thing. It's a bit nostalgic."

The girl pulled up her glasses and pretended to wipe away a tear. She then laughed. "A thing, huh? Sounds cryptic. I'm in."

She looked down at her clothes. She was dressed in a suit and her long black hair was pulled in a tight ponytail. "I'll have to find some clothes though. I doubt I'm dressed appropriately." She said and nudged the hooded bandita.

"Yeah, don't wear that. I mean, wear what you want, just maybe dial it back a bit. Or wear that, whatever, I'm not your mom."

The hooded girl looked around, like she wasn't sure where they were going or what to do next. "I'm starving. Let's go back and order in and watch TV."
