Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

STANDARD MATCH: Wrestler must pin their opponent or make them tap out in order to win.

Kei:
VS.
Raiden:

It was time for Raiden's debut, finally. After waiting a while and meeting a few people, the higher ups had arranged a match with this girl he hadn't seen around; it'd been a long time since he wrestled a girl, if ever, but he would be fine! It would be no big deal; just treat it like he was wrestling anyone else, really. No biggy.

He made his way down the ramp as his theme played up; it was still in experimental phases, so he didn't have the foot work or showy moves down yet. But it was no big deal, once more! He would be fine. Right? He slipped into the ring and thrust his hand up several times to pump up the audience, standing in those tight shorts -- and just waiting for his opponent to make her way down to the ring.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

While it's been some time since her last match here Kei was usually really to go give the call was given. Being in the area for other matters surely helped make things before fight night less stressful rather than being back home in Canada and having to travel half way around the world all of a sudden, but it wouldn't have been the first time she's done that. She wasn't able to find out much about her opponent other than his basic measurements stats and that he was new. This would be different than her recent match with Alaina, while there wasn't too much of an age difference between Alaina and Raiden there was a greater amount of overall experience, which Kei topped both of them combined in that department. Even with that going for her she knew this kid could be pretty talented and show her a thing or two if she wasn't careful. She was able to get a quick look at him before he headed out towards the ring, which it didn't change her mindset. Usually she'd want to peak and see how a new comer would take the walk, but she was making sure she was keeping mentally focused.

When her turn came to come out she did so to a different track than what she usually does, having changed it recently. Other than that everything else was what those who have seen her before would come to expect. Before the bell she took a good look at him. His choice of attire did give a good impression. Having seen others here wear much less, and in some cases nothing at all, it looked to her that he was not only taking it seriously but was also showing the sport proper respect. She gave him a small nod as she waited for the bell to sound. 'Let's see what she can do' she said to herself as things were about to begin.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

Raiden, thankfully, was pretty hard to find things out about -- considering the popularity of his name, there were any number of wrestlers around the world who took the name. It was a good thing too, there were a lot of very embarrassing videos during his jobber days -- which he hoped had ended at this point. Of course, there wasn't much of an advantage that he got over Kei; he didn't get a chance to look her up or get any information on her. Well, it's not like he liked to look people up beforehand anyway. He liked to deal with it on the spot.

As Kei stood across from Raiden, he took a moment to look her over, trying to figure things out from there. If anything, it might give him an idea, and trial and error would help him out from there. He definitely could take a few punches and deal with it from there. He just had to remain cool and collected, and he could get out of this with a win. That would set things off right -- getting a win on his debut match.

Finally, the bell rang. Raiden began to smirk at her -- and moved, as if to circle her. But instead, he threw himself backwards against the ropes so he could bounce off of them and try to spear her to the ground. He wouldn't be holding himself back for this match -- he needed the win in order to start things off the right way!

Kei saw Raiden moving in when the bell sounded, but was surprised to see him go off the ropes right of the bat. This was a new sight, but not one that would throw her off her game. She saw him off the ropes and for some reason she let him hit his spear without any resistance before contact. While it may have come as a surprise to some, she knew what she was doing.

Even though she ended up on her back after taking the move square, she wanted to kill any confidence that may have given him, for on her way down she lifted one of her arms up and less than a second after impact she brought back down, wrapping it around the side of his head and looked to pull it in close, nice and tight. "Not bad kid, a little reckless though." She wasn't much of a talker during her matches, but wanted to let him know that things would not be easy for him.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

THUD.

Kei hit the mats with Raiden atop her, and Raiden began to scramble to take advantage of the nice opening he was provided. He grinned for a moment, proud that he managed to get the first blow, trying to move to straddle her so he can reach down and tug her into a headlock. He could get away with a lot, provided he managed to get that hold locked in.

But he wasn't able to even do that much. He was suddenly grabbed and pulled into a headlock -- before he could put his own on. He yelped suddenly, struggling a bit against her as he tried to break free. "It was still the first move!" He growled a bit, trying to aim a punch at her sides.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

After holding him in place for a few seconds or so Kei felt that Raiden wasn't liking where he was. As she took a shot from him she replied "Only cause I let you" before letting him go and shoving him off before rolling away from him. Getting back to a knee before looking to stand up she asked him "Nice to see you can box, but can you wrestle?" teasing him for the one punch a few seconds ago. She kept look on him and motioned towards him, wanting him to lock up with her. She had a short bounce in her step as she waited to see what he would do.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

It was…different, being pulled up against a pair of breasts instead of pecs. It took him way too long to notice that it was different, having been too roped into the match. Once he did, they were taken away from him as he was shoved off of Kei. He rolled a bit before getting up, giving a small growl at the comment. "Yeah, well…shut up!" he replied, still having been distracted from the hold to think of a good return.

Raiden stood up and moved forward, trying to take the lock up. He applied all his strength against her, which she would be able to tell wasn't a lot, in the end. But as soon as she would try to return the favor, he would try and release the grip so he could duck down and make her fall over him and onto her back.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

Seeing him come forward to lock up pleased her, now the fun could really begin. She could tell from the early seconds of the tie up however that he didn't have much into it, which was a bit of a disappointment to her. Before she could transition it to anything she felt him away and then duck. She wasn't sure what he was trying to do as the momentum was killed as soon as soon as he let go. Not wanting to waste time she would bring a knee up to strike him in the face to set him up for a bodyslam. Not one hard enough to knock him down and maybe out, but hard enough to get him to pay attention.

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

Post by Gadot Mon May 23, 2016 11:27 pm

Shit, the plan didn't work. Raiden realized it a little too late, and before he knew what was going on, the knee slammed into his face, staggering him back. Damn, she was good. Too good; she clearly had a lot of experience, surely more than he himself did. He had to be careful. He could take quite a few blows, at least, but at some point his own response time would suffer.

But he still didn't have enough time to respond to her moves. She quickly grabbed him and slammed him down onto the mat with a sharp groan; a body slam before he could even react to the fact that his move didn't work. It wasn't nearly as bad as she could have done; he quickly moved to roll away, before shifting into a crouch so he could try and knock her legs out from under her!

Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut Empty Re: Kei vs. Raiden: The Jobber's Debut

After slamming Raiden, Kei looked like she was going to set up for a standing elbow drop or something of that nature. But before she could act she saw Raiden roll out of the way. She moved back as he rolled so she wasn't in range for him to reach for her likes, but she saw him attempt as she backed up.

Wanting to pick things up a bit she motions for him to give a lock up another go. However she would not intend of going through with it herself and would instead chop him across the chest before moving behind him and going for a belly to back suplex. She could tell this kid was trying to think, and while part of her wanted to see what he could do she also didn't want to give him any opening, just in case if got a lucky shot in.
