Looking for anything!

Hey!! I'm Bohemian! I'm uhhhh new here! I've already debuted all 3 of my characters and wanted to know if you would want to include them in any storylines or start any new ones with them!

Shinobu won her debut match and is locked in a feud with Sandy White... so she is kinda tied up match wise but i'd be cool for any RPs with her

Sonic lost her debut... pretty badly... and even lost her crown! So she is up for a match or gym session or anything really! She is a much morr light hearted …

Joe Arlin vs. Shido "The fanboy"

Post by TheRacker on Thu Jan 21, 2016 11:11 am

Match type: Standard
Win condition: Pinfall, submission or KO.

Joe Arlin:

Joe didn't participate in too much wrestling matches lately. In fact, he was in only one so far that ended up with himself winning. Being very enthusiastic boy when it comes to wrestling, he was eager and was looking forward to his fight. He was matched up against new guy in afw, which was pretty good thing since he isn't too much experienced wrestler.

His music start playing and he showed up to audience, slowly jogging toward the ring in the middle of arena. He wasn't too known among fans, so his entrance wasn't too spectacular. Just some claping and cheering from audience and waves and smiles from Joe. Once he entered the ring, Joe backed away toward the distant corner. He climbed up on middle turnbuckle and start posing for pictures that fans may want to do. Slowly he turned around and sit up on top of turnbuckles and waited for his opponent to show up.

Shido 'The Fanboy':

Shido was excited for this match. He felt slightly embarrassed that he finally got a match up against someone of similar size to his own, yet he was somehow still the shorter of the two! But that didn't curb his enthusiasm at all. It didn't even bother him that he still didn't even have an entrance theme. He ran into the arena and down the ramp, jumping into the ring by diving between the middle and bottom ropes!

He hopped in place and stretched a bit before turning his attention to Joe. "Hey, there! I hope we have an awesome match!" He smiled and said to Joe. Shido had tried to study up on most of his opponents, but he hadn't been at AFW very long and hadn't come across anything on Joe. He was meeting him here for the first time and he hoped to leave a good impression.

Joe knew his opponent is qute small as well, but he was positivly surprised when Shido came in ring and it turned out that Joe is bit taller. It's something that doesn't happen too often and this should be an interesting match. "Hey, i'm Joe - looking forward to fighting you!" He said and smiled, extending his arm for a handshake. He seemed pretty friendly and Joe wasn't afraid that Shide would relay on some kind of dirty tricks.

He waited for bell to announce the start of the match and when he finally heard it, Joe moved few steps forward. He started slowly, but increased the tempo as he was getting closer. When they were finally close to each other, Joe would throw few punches toward Shido's body to test him a little.

Shido would reply with "Awesome! Same here" before returning the gesture and shaking Joe's hand.

He'd return to his corner, similar to his opponent and continue stretching, waiting for the bell. Upon hearing it, he'd motion to move closer to his opponent, as well, trying to get a feel for his relative strengths and weaknesses.

Joe's jabs were few in number, but the match had just started and Shido didn't want to try to dodge them immediately. He would simply attempt to block with his forearms and palms to reduce the impact and get a feel for how strong Joe was. After assessing that his were respectable, but probably nowhere near all what he was capable of, Shido would circle the ring with Joe, trying to match his tempo and move closer to close the distance between them.

If he made it in close enough, Shido would attempt to lock up with Joe to see what move was possible to transition into from there.

Joe start throwing punches and while some managed to find their way to Shido's body, most of them got blocked by his arms. After getting bit of a taste of Shido, Joe backed away and when fanboy start circling around, Joe followed his lead and did the same. They were only circling around for few moments, calculating and studying eachother. Eventually Shido moved closer and went for a lock up. Joe would move one arm around Shido's neck and grab his shoulder with other.

When they were holding eachother, Joe start pushing forward. If Shido would do the same and push against Joe, he would try to use the momentum in his advantage and let Shido move forward, but follow with attempt of hip-toss.

"Nice!

Shido was impressed with how quickly Joe tried to take advantage of the lock up. He deduced that Joe may have been a bit faster than him, but now it was time for him to put his strength and technical wrestling ability to the test. Shido would wrap his arms around Joe's waist as he tried to take control of the lockup. He would then attempt to counter the hip toss with a back suplex, hoping to use his weight advantage to take control!

Joe tried to throw Shide over him, but he didn't let it happen that easy. Instead, he firmly stood and tried to throw Joe instead. But Joe had simmilar plans as Shido and didn't want to end up laying on canvas either. As soon as he would feel threatened, he gave up idea of performing hip toss and rather escape and get some distance between two boys. And he almost made it, but at the end got cought and throwed over with back suplex.

When laying on his back, Joe moved closer to his opponent while still staying low. He would wrap his arms around Shido's leg. He would follow by tuging it, trying to trip him over and make Shido fall down as well.

Shido was glad that he was able to pull off the back suplex. He had hoped this would stun Joe long enough for him to think of a decent follow up. Though that was naive thinking. They were both still fresh in this match up and taking his time getting up costed Shido his footing. He would find himself tripped up and pulled down to the mat with Joe.

Shido would attempt to react by rolling backwards, onto his feet and standing up before confronting Joe on the canvas.

After geting slamed down on canvas and following by triping his opponent, Joe tried to capitalize the situation with another attack. But like him, Shido was fast enough to roll away and got up on his feet. Joe was left with no options but to do the same. He got up and began slowly aproaching his opponent.

When they would stand close to eachother again, Joe would motion another lock up. Just that this time he wouldn't grab Shido. Instead, he tried to trick him in order to get an opportunity for clear upercut straight in his chin.

Shido welcomed Joe's approach and jumped at the chance to lock up with him. He would move closer and closer, ready to lunge at Joe before he perceived the kick coming his way. Shido would reach to grab Joe's leg to intercept the kick, but in doing so, he would be unable to react to Joe's uppercut! Shido head was knocked backwards as he ate a stiff blow, there! But he remained standing, still holding Joe's leg from the kick, earlier!

Smiling because Shido felt it was his chance to get in some offense as well, he could move in to sweep Joe's other leg with his foot, thus flooring him! If this worked, Shido, while still holding Joe's other leg, would spin and attempt a figure four leg lock!
