Entropy Co-Championship Match: Julia Rogers (C) vs Syd

Julia was slowly but surely getting closer and closer to the ropes, until Syd took a seat on her lower back, anchoring the cowgirl in place while really cranking up the pressure on the boston crab! The masked blonde screamed out as her progress toward freedom was brought to an abrupt halt, and the ref knelt by them to ask if Julia wanted to submit.

“NO!” she yelled while shaking her head. Then with a loud grunt, she whipped an arm back and attempted to drive an elbow right into Syd’s kidney, hoping to at least force her to ease on the hold for a brief moment, before lunging out with her hand to try to grab onto the bottom rope!

Syd almost laughed out loud at Julia's attempt to elbow her off. She managed a derisive snort, just before the sudden burst of effort from the cowgirl knocked Syd off balance, and before she knew it Julia had dragged herself to the ropes and the referee was calling for the break!

The silver-haired girl stood up, and now she wasn't smiling. She wore a furious scowl, fuming as she turned to face Julia, and rained down stomp after stomp at the downed girl without restraint. She wanted to shout out her hatred, but she bottled it in. She didn't want to be laughed at.

But she did want to stomp the little bitch into a bloody mess.

Julia breathed a huge sigh of relief as she felt the boston crab being released. But her reprieve wouldn’t last for long. Only a few moments later, a barrage of stomps was raining down repeatedly onto Julia’s nearly defenseless form!

Each stomp brought a fresh cry of pain from the lips of the blonde, who had little choice but to put her arms over herself to protect her body as much as possible. The crowd continued to boo the challenger, though Julia was just concerned with trying to find a way to turn her predicament around! But, it seemed her only option was to weather the storm and try to be patient for the moment...

Syd kicked and stomped at any part of Julia's body she could find, and only stopped when she saw that the girl wasn't being reduced to a bloody, dead mess.

"Rrrrrrrrgh!"

In adrenaline-driven frustration, Syd reached down and grabbed Julia by the hair and the strap of her sports bra, and dragged her forcibly halfway across the ring before slinging her off into the ropes at the far side, ready to take her head off when she came back.

Even though she was glad the onslaught of stomps finally stopped, Julia had learned by now not to get too comfortable in the break in the action, because it wasn’t going to last long. Sure enough, she felt her hair and sports bra being grabbed, and squirmed in Syd’s clutches as was pulled across the ring before being hurled toward the ropes! But finally, Julia saw her chance to turn things around.

The cowgirl threw herself into a forward handspring and swung her legs up to bounce into the top rope, reversing her momentum and sending her feet right back down. The second her boots hit the mat again, she sprang up and flipped backward, swinging her right foot in an attempt to drill Syd right in the face with an Overhead Kick!

Syd stood stooped over in the middle of the ring, waiting for her springy, flippy opponent to tumble her way back to her. The crowd gasped at Julia's spectacular display of agility, and the cowgirl's boot came arcing through the air at Syd's head!

Only Syd took one deft step to the side, and let Julia hit nothing but the mat. The crowd groaned.

"Phuh!" She spat at the girl, showing contempt for her skills and a total lack of respect, and then chased that down with a straight kick of her own aimed for the girl's ample chest.

"Ahahaha!"

Allie laughed obnoxiously from her spot at the apron at Julia's fancy, but ultimately futile effort. She made a disgusted face at Syd's gross spitting, but kept her insults flowing. "She's a loser, Syd! She doesn't even deserve your spit! Kick her boobs right off!"

Julia could feel it. The speed she was picking up, the perfectly executed springs and flips, and the energy of the crowd. Everything about the moment was telling the high flying cowgirl she was about to finally take some control in this thing, and do it in style! ...That is, until her kick hit nothing but air, and she fell to the mat with a thud, before feeling the splatter of her opponent’s spit right over her..

It’s called high risk offense for a reason, and the gamble definitely hadn’t paid off this time. Not the first or the last time such a move had backfired or would backfire on her. But the extreme disrespect Syd was showing? Now that struck a nerve in a way that the girl’s relentless assault to this point hadn’t even managed to. And as Julia started pushing herself back up, she was met with a kick right in her chest.

“Ugh!” she grunted out as the strike knocked her right back down, only for her to start picking herself right back up again. Once she was up to a knee, she glared defiantly into Syd’s eyes. “That the best ya got? My grandma kicks harder than you!” she taunted, as if daring her foe to try it again.

Syd's red eyes met Julia's, and though her facial expression remained the same mask of detached ill-intent, she inwardly shuddered at the taunting. She was going to revel in every moment when she shut the cowgirl's mouth. She would make sure it was wired shut for weeks after the match.

She stomped after Julia and then cocked her arm and lunged at her, swinging her arm for a lariat meant to smash straight through the cowgirl and crush her into the mat.

Though Julia did her best not to show it, her chest was still stinging from the kick she’d just taken, and her back was still far from feeling good after the nearly relentless assault it had endured earlier. Still her eyes remained focused on her opponent. Syd hadn’t been one to waste any time to this point. So, even though the girl gave no outward reaction to Julia’s taunt, the cowgirl was still fully expecting her to come charging in at full speed.

That’s exactly what happened, as Syd rushed forward with nothing but bad intentions! But this time, Julia saw it coming, and was ready to react. The moment the challenger took off, the dojo trainee quickly pushed up to her feet and leapt as high as she could into the air, then tried to clamp her legs around Syd’s head and neck so she could flip back and counter the lariat attempt with a surprise hurricanrana!
