British hype....

It was a typical afternoon in Kyoto, clear sky and people going about their daily lives. But to the fans of the Tension wrestling division, there was a buzz in the air as they counted down the days for Tension's second PPV of the year! They talked about what was on the card, and made predictions as any wrestling fan would. One question was in regards to the United Kingdom Elite, who obtained the tension tag title belts at the previous PPV Showdown. Battling against various teams and overcoming the Ishii siblings in the finals, since then the group had been divisive in opinion. You either liked or loathed them, with little in terms of middle ground.

Now with any title belt it was going to be defended at this upcoming PPV, but who would stand against Britain's finest? One couldn't deny that they were fighting champions, going up against the friction up and comer Juniper Nayle and her partner Nick Solem. And also against the likes of the Takeuchi siblings, but who was to be the opponents?

Well the United Kingdom Elite were as of right now, driving in an open limo with Regality blaring on the sound system. Painted with the British flag on the hood, Lucy was currently driving the car. And at the back was the tag champs Ryan Knight and John Carnaby, however they were wearing things that hadn't been donned on them yet. A pair of British bowler hats, and pasted on moustaches. And there was a union jack flag pasted on the back of the limo.

The belts were around their waists, and megaphones were in their hands. The limo stopped and parked itself in front of a large crowd of passers by. Quite a few people actually stopped, Tension was a big deal in Kyoto. And people knew the UK Elite, in fact there were fans already whipping their phones. The music had died down as the pair prepared their megaphones.

"Attention! Attention! Are you ready for the PPV happening soon! Are you ready?!" Ryan shouted as he stood up.

"The best of Britain are here! We hold the gold! And who dares to stand in our way boss?!" John said following his boss's example.

"A couple of fools that's what! Sion and Daisuke! Say John, didn't we fight them before old chap?" Mr Knight said looking at Mr Carnaby, intentionally donning a fake cockney accent for the sake of it.

"Yep! And we won back then! Now they dare to challenge us again! I say boss, we are indeed proper gentleman. We're letting them have a chance, they got lucky the last time." John said, he was looking forward to this battle inwardly. A chance to get payback for what happened at ringside during the previous match with Ryan and Lucy competing.

"Indeed old chap, we shall show them the error of their ways what for! For those of you who don't know what that means. Essentially, they're getting bodied! We're putting these belts right on the line. The Ishii siblings fell to us, the Valkyries fell to us. The United Kingdom Elite will conquer those who bravely step up to face us! It's gonna be time for good old fisticuffs!" Ryan shouted, dropping the megaphone and taking out a large cardboard box.

"Battle the best, and lose like the rest!" with that the artist and the paragon of Britain sat back down in the limo, Lucy then drove once the seatbelts were fastened. And out the box, several flyers advertising the PPV escaped. Gracing the city sky as the finest of Britain planned to spread the word about their upcoming match, and their inwardly assumed victory.....
