Mikki 'The Macho Chick' Wylde vs. The Black Fang - Excelsior!

Around the Black Fang, thousands of wrestling fans looked on, staring at the spectacle in the middle of the ring. It was hard for her to tell with the way the lights were set up, but it seemed like quite a few of the people were staying in their seats and watching intently. They were about as much into this as a crowd could be with a couple of wrestlers they knew virtually nothing about. She’d take it.

Underneath her was a ring, but not just any ring. This was the AFW’s ring. The big stage. The #1 wrestling organization on the planet. If wrestling truly was a religion, then this was mecca, and she’d made it. It had been a long, hard road, but she’d made it.

Now she had to keep making it. She had to rise, and she’d do it on the shoulders of giants, like the one standing in front of her right now: Mikki Wylde.

It was all too tempting to back away when Mikki came up and challenge her to a test of fortitude. Aside from the immense threat such a towering foe posed, it was just plain weird to standing there, looking up like this while the giantess’ breasts pushed against her face.

But so be it. She held her ground, stood tall with hands on hips, and looked up at her foe with a defiant gleam in her eye and an elfish grin on her lips as she tossed her shimmering hair back. When Mikki started to flex her admittedly impressive muscles for all the world to see, the Black Fang did the same, raising her own arm to show her modest bicep, giving them a little pump. Nowhere close to matching size, but at least she was properly answering the challenge.

”Um…” The Black Fang had been so wrapped up in all this that she didn’t even notice the referee coming out. A shy, poor little thing who looked understandably concerned about being in the same ring with the massive American. ”I can ring the bell, or if you guys want to pose down some more…”

”No, no!” The Black Fang stepped back into the ready position and bit her lip, trying not to get too excited. She lowered her stance and started to bounce, eager to give all this pentup energy an outlet. ”The time for showing off finely honed bodies is over. Now is the time to wreck said finely honed bodies. Isn’t that right, ‘Macho Chick’?”

Anticipation was building, from one end of the arena to the other. Both of these young women had managed to establish a quick animosity, even if the actual things they were ranting about didn't immediately make sense. The crowd could still feel the impending violence building, and they were ready to see it!

Mikki felt ready to get into it, too. She couldn't have asked for a better debut opportunity, really. Like so many others, she could have come in on a random opponent, threw down in a meaningless match and hoped for things to take off from there. Black Fang, however, had given Mikki a chance to let everyone in ear shot know exactly who she was, and why she was going to have a dominant run in AFW. The two had gotten so invested in the fight so quickly, put so much personal stake into it, the inevitable throwdown seemed to have the fans on the edge of their seats.

Mikki chuckled, though, as she felt Fang's face against her chest. The size advantage was clearly on the Macho Chick's side of things. Still, smaller wrestlers- especially those in masks, if Mikki was going to go ahead and buy into the stereotype- were dynamos in the ring. If and when Fang got moving, Mikki could have some real trouble on her hands. Part of her was really looking forward to finding out.

Mikki nodded and gave a grunt to the ref, reveling in the nervousness she exhibited. A total conrast to Black Fang, who seemed poised, confident, and more than ready to get things going. Mikki was thrilled with the prospect herself, but appreciated that her first opponent wouldn't be some shrinking violet. Even if that might have been its own sort of fun, too ...

Mikki grinned, at her opponent's enthusiastic words. "Now! Is the time," she shouted, "to crash your body against the might altar ... of the warrior!" Mikki flexed her powerful figure one more time, Mikki lowered her stance. She waited for that opening bell to sound, eager to get this thing rolling.

And so the dye was cast. Mikki Wylde versus the Black Fang. Woman against Mountain.

The crowd was cheering for the match, getting behind them, but it was clear that they weren’t favoring either side yet. The audience usually put their stock behind the ‘hero’ of the match, rooted for an underdog, but they had to know her first. The Black Fang could take such a role after she’d proven her worth, that she was not here merely to display Mikki’s power at her own expense.

Knees bent, arms out, back bent slightly forward, teeth clenched, eyes narrowed, breath quick. She was ready.

The bell rang and the Black Fang took off, feet sliding along the canvas as she moved in. Not being completely insane, she didn’t charge in and try to take this living leviathan head on. This would require an intelligent, careful, methodical approach. Time and pressure could wear down the mightiest mountains.

She quickly shuffled just outside of what she guessed was Mikki’s reach, trying to force the giant to keep up with her. Every few steps, she’d dash in like she was going for something, only to quickly pull out before she could be snatched up.

Trying to bait Mikki, make her step out and come to her. Easy does it, easy does it.

Mikki was ready for a lockup. Mikki felt like she needed a lock up. Outside of regular training, it had been too long since she'd stepped into a proper wrestling match. Training was one thing, but getting your hands on a real opponent, in front of a screaming crowd, with pride and physical well-being on the line ... that was something else, entirely!

At the opening bell, Mikki stepped in, throwing her arms out to try and catch the Black Fang in a lock up. And as soon as she thought she had the girl, Fang escaped. Outside of Mikki's reach with room to spare, leaving the brutish Wylde Child grappling with nothing. Mikki looked at Fang's feet, saw the fancy footwork happening, the technique with which Fang was remaining more than a step ahead of her, at every juncture.

Mikki knew it was smart strategy. And by "smart," Mikki meant "incredibly frustrating." Again and again, her opponent darted out of the way, right after drawing the larger woman in with a feint. The Wylde Child's frustrations started getting the best of her, her face reddening to a color that nearly matched some of the locks in her disparately-colored hair.

Normally, Mikki wasn't used to opponents doing this. Either they didn't have the room, or they actually wanted to lock up. Clearly, Black Fang was too clever for that, and too fast. Frustration getting the best of her, Mikki opted to break the pattern in the least "clever" way possible- bracing herself, Mikki rushed, shoulder first, right at Black Fang. It wasn't clever or technically deft in any way, but the Macho Chick lunged forward to try and stop Fang's fancy footwork cold with a running shoulder block!

The Black Fang shuffled around the ring, swift on her feet, basically doing the same drill Kusanagi-San had worked with her countless times.

”Keep it moving, keep it moving, keep it moving…”

So far it was working well enough. Mikki was close, but she managed to stay just out of the giantess’ reach, clearly frustrating her. A good strategy, better than the certain annihilation that would await her if she charged in, but the Black Fang knew it wouldn't work forever. One of them had to take the initiative.

Fortunately, that turned out to be Mikki. Unfortunately, that turned out to be Mikki.

For such a big woman, the Wylde Child could move fairly fast, and she had some serious momentum behind her. The Black Fang’s eye widened and she began to back up as she found herself staring at a freight train, heading straight.

What to do? The only thing she could do: move out of the way.

At the last moment before impact, the Black Fang jumped to the side, shot her legs out, wrapped them around Mikki’s massive shin and twisted her body, trying to bring the hulking wrestler down with a drop toehold.

A good way to deal with incoming opponents. Granted, she'd never tried it on anyone this big before, but...

Mikki's frustrations drove her forward, as The Black Fang continued to dance and dodge. Mikki had expected a fast start to the match, wanting to waste no time in getting her hands on the masked girl and showing what she could do. Unfortunately, the Wylde Child hadn't quite realized that the match was already well underway.

The brutish woman had thrown herself into the running shoulder block with wild abandon, committing the entirety of her muscle mass to driving herself forward. If she had connected, it could have been a pretty stiff shot for anyone to take. Without that impact, however, the move was nothing- and with her body committed to it so fully, Mikki's lower body was all too vulnerable!

Mikki felt the pair of legs trapping her shins and immediately knew there was nothign she could do about it. From beneath her wild mane of hair, the Wylde Child's eyes shot open, her jaw clenching in anticipation as she knew exactly what Black Fang was about to do to her, and knowing full well that there was nothing she could do about it. The brick wall of a woman went down hard, face-first into the canvas!

"Gahh!" Mikki groaned, as her face bounced off the canvas. Mikki was flat on her chest before she knew it, Fang having brought her down hard and fast. Pushing herself halfway up, Mikki lifted her torso from the mat, as she brought her hand up to her face. "Stupid!" she chided herself. Rubbing the pain out of her tenderized nose, the Macho Chick was stunned. Blinking her eyes, nursing her face, Mikki could tell she wasn't getting back up before the all-too-clever Black Fang was able to continue the offense. She could only grit her teeth, and try to endure whatever was coming next!

”Oleaumph!”

The Black Fang had really been trying to say a context appropriate ‘Ole’’, but there was the slight problem of Mikki size. She was so big and so solid that merely executing a drop toehold - one of the easiest, simplest moves to execute - took far more effort than she expected it, making her involuntarily grunt after she pulled it off.

If that alone hadn’t caused her to stir, the impact would’ve done the trick, as the Wylde Child landed with enough force to make the Black Fang herself bounce a little into the air. All the weight, all that power, coming down and BOOM.

What a woman.

Since no one in the history of wrestling had ever been defeated by a drop toehold before the one-minute mark in a match, the Black Fang couldn’t waste time being impressed, though, because a fallen giant wouldn’t stay fallen for too long. She had to make sure she stayed that way as long as possible. The longer she could keep Mikki grounded, the better her chances.

”Got you!” As Mikki started to rise, the Black Fang pounced, moving to her side, wrapping her arms around the skull, and applied a side headlock. Not the easiest thing to do given how big Mikki’s head was and how much hair she had around it, but she pulled it off.

Mikki looked bewildered, as she lifted her head off the mat. Her own momentum had given some extra oomph to Black Fang's drop-toe hold, even if it didn't necessarily need the help- the masked girl's technique was quite sound. It did help to leave Mikki's head spinning, however, at the sudden change in her situation.

Mikki's fingers explored her face, checking her stinging features for blood. Nothing, fortunately- getting busted open would not have been a good look, at this point in the match. No, all Mikki had to do now, was get herself up and get her hands on her masked opponent, and see what she could do to her face ...

"H-hrr!" Mikki grunted, as she felt her attempt to push herself up, swiftly halted halted. Black Fang had sidled up beside her quickly, catching her in the side headlock and thwarting her efforts to get back upright, to a fighting position. Instead, Mikki was up to a knee, cut off from her significant height advantage and forced to play Black Fang's grappling game.

"Dahh!" the Macho Chick grunted, as Fang's arm clamped down on her neck. Mikki's face grew red, with both frustration and a reduced air flow. Planting her knee on the mat to brace herself, Mikki worked quick. Knee against the mat, Mikki wrapped her wrist with her hand, then used that to help her drive an elbow strike against Fang's body. With her poor leverage, Black Fang likely wasn't going anywher- but at least the Wild Child wasn't taking this lying down!

Mikki Wylde was a big woman with big muscles and big arms and big just about everything with the possible exception of her top, which looked a bit tight on her big chest. Strong, obviously. Damn strong. She probably could’ve bench more than the Black Fang weighed with ease.

In any other organized combative competition, the two of them would never occupy the same ring at the same time. They’d be in totally different weight classes. But that was one of the things Ryoko loved about it so much. The chance to be pitted against such overwhelming odds and still emerge victorious. Being David and taking down Goliath.

That was the thought that went through the Black Fang’s head as she dove in and wrapped her arm around Mikki’s head, locking it up all nice and tight. It brought a smile to her face, though just for a moment. Right up until Mikki’s elbow crashed into her stomach.

It didn’t have the force it could’ve had from this weird angle, but Mikki seemed to hit harder at half-strength than many wrestlers did at full. The blow was enough to drive the wind out of the Black Fang’s stomach and maker her eyes squint hard from the pain. She didn’t give up the hold, still clung on, but the headlock lost a good deal of its power. For a moment, she was simply hanging on while she reeled.

Mikki panted a bit, shoulders heaving as she took in some air. She'd loosened the masked woman's grip around her throat, and with that freedom came some relief. The girl was good, fast, and could have caused a serious problem for the Wylde Child right out of the gate! The drop toe hold had already caused some embarrassment, now it was up to the Macho Chick to try and reassert herself, before The Black Fang found another way to outsmart her.

With a little extra "elbow" room, Mikki laid into it again. This time, she had a bit more leverage to put a bit more "oomph" into the blow- driving her elbow right into Black Fang's toned midsection for another hard strike. This time, Mikki would push off from her knees, allowing the big woman to stand herself to nearly her full height. Initial frustrations aside, Wylde was looking to get herself back out of Fang's control, and back into contention.

With that Mikki's height no longer neutralized, she had better leverage. The Wylde Child wanted this masked girl off of her, still not sure how "clever" Fang could be and what she might yet have up her sleeves. Intending to create some distance, Mikki would plant a hand on Fang's lower back and gripping her wrist firmly. Turning at her hips, Mikki swung with the entire line of her body, flinging the Black Fang toward the ropes with a forceful Irish whip!
