Danika Gorski vs. River Styx - First Class

It was funny, but Styx was pretty sure she'd never made a Russian scream before. Not bad, actually. For such a small thing, Danika's screeches were surprisingly husky and pleasing to the ear.

"Third tip." She let the kendo stick rest on her shoulder while she walked around Danika, savoring the moment like a fine wine. "You need to make sure-"

Styx cut herself off when she saw her victim's face and caught a long, hard look at it. There was still defiance in her eyes. Danika was looking up at her like she had a chance, like she'd get back at Styx someday and even the score. Maybe she wouldn't be a threat today, but one day, some day, eventually...

No. Styx was going to have to fix that. "Come here."

She tossed the kendo stick away and reached down, wrapping both of her hands around Danika's neck. Styx squeezed hard and lifted her up, straight choking her, putting more and more pressure on her throat and refusing to let even a wisp of air go down her windpipe.

Danika felt the life being choked out of her and her stare was now a mix of horror, panic, and hatred. She frantically reached out at the face of Styx trying to claw at her eyes if she could reach. She kicked with her good leg, anything she could to free herself.

She would have said something to Styx, if any air had been allowed to travel through. However, as Danika fought and flailed she found herself becoming increasingly light-headed, and fast.

Now, this was better. Danika's eyes had more fear. Terror. The sort of respect that River Styx deserved, that she craved, that she fought and bled for. "You know, funny thing is, you're lucky." She grimaced as Danika's hands scratched away at her face and moved her head around to avoid the feeble claws. "Most girls would strip or some shit at this point. But me? I'm nice."

Styx grunted and spun around towards the ring apron, where she roughly rolled Danika in under the bottom rope. This was fun, but like all good things, it would have to come to an end. A very painful end.

Danika grunted as she was rolled under the ropes. She felt powerless for the first time inside a ring. She reached up, wanting to get to her feet before Styx could get in the ring.

She knew this wouldn't happen, but felt better about trying than simply laying there. She refused to accept this fate, even if the conclusion was foregone. No, Danika would rather try to lash out one last time even if it would only bring about more pain....

Styx rolled into the ring after her, but she didn't go in for the kill. Instead, she walked over to the side of the ring and went to one of the little toys she'd thrown in from earlier,  a little, fist-sized burlap bag. She held it up and smiled, puzzling the audience members who weren't too busy booing to care. It seemed innoucuous enough.

That was, until she opened the bag and spilled its contents in the middle of the ring. Thumbtacks. The bag was filled to the brim with thumbtacks.

She tossed the bag aside and looked at Danika out of the corner of her eye, as a sinister smile started to creep along her face.

Danika felt her stomach drop. There was no way she was going to go anywhere near that pile of tacs... at least not if she could help it.

Danika did her best to rush forward, awkwardly hobbling at Styx. She knew her opponent would be cocky, and hoped that worked to her advantage. Danika wanted to hop up on her good leg and try to land a dropkick to the battered gut of Styx.

It was all she could do to try to put up some resistance before awaiting a nasty end on those tacs....

There Danika was, staring the possibility of greivous and gratuitous defeat right in the face. She was putting up one, last stand against the villainous Rive Styx, fighting back with her last, waning vestiges of strength. You could almost hear the orchestra strings over the crowd's deafening jeers.

If Styx was the sort of person to be inspired by that sort of thing, she would have been truly touched. Instead, though, she found it incredibly irritating.

Danika's desperate speed caught Styx off guard and hit her stomach. Before the fight, it wouldn't have done too much, but now it was like a hot pocker through her abs, seering pain all the way. Styx let out a short grunt and dropped to one knee...a knee that, of course, landed on a few of the thumbtacks, making the tiny pinpricks bite into her skin.

"Fucking bitch!" She didn't say the words so much as she hissed them like a talking snake, glaring back at Danika with a look of pure hellfire.

Danika couldn't have been happier with the result. She was struggling to her feet very slowly since her whole right side felt gimpy at this point.

"Go to hell you miserable bitch." Danika said. She knew she would pay for it but she didn't care. At the very least she wasn't about to go out with a whimper. If Danika had her way this wasn't the last time she was going to see Styx...

Styx spat to the side and stood up, wincing with every little move of her knee. These thumbtacks were going to be a pain and a half to get out of  her skin, but at least she could make sure Danika shared in the misery. "FIne with me. Didn't think I was going to the other place."

She stomped forward and reached out with her massive mitts, grabbing at Danika's head to pull it down between  her legs, making her bend over and squeezing her legs to hold her in place. Styx took a deep breath, then grabbed Danika around the waist and hoisted her up, flipping her around until the Russian's legs were drapped over her shoulders. Halfway through the powerbomb, and Styx decided to hold in there for a moment. She wanted to make sure the entire arena had time to fully absorb what was about to happen.

Danika knew what was coming, but she had run out of gas. She shouted as Styx held her up and in desperation tried to rake Styx's eyes as she was held up on her shoulders. Danika wasn't sure it would save her, but at least it would send Styx a nice little message....

Even if she won, Danika was a thorn in her side until the bitter end.
