Tension World Title Match: Reira Kirishima (C) vs. Kozue Kaburagi

Match Type: Standard
Victory Conditions: Victory by pinfall, Submission, or Knockout
Victory Stipulations: The winner will either stay the Tension World Champion or become the new one.

As Kozue made her way down to the ring, cheered on all over by the fans, it finally sunk in - she was about fight for the championship. The championship. She’d come here, just a little bit under two years ago. She’d gone through all sorts of shit, she’d been smacked around, she’d had some wins, she’d had some loses, she’d had some sex - awesome sex - and now all of it, every little bit, led to this. This was her chance to prove everyone who’d ever said she wasn’t worth a shit wrong. King, Taylor, her father...she could bring this championship with her and shove it right in all of their stupid faces.

”Focus, focus.” Kozue gave her cheeks a few slaps and hopped on down to the steel steps, getting a few high fives on the way. She took a moment to kick off her shoes and socks, going barefoot for this match since she couldn't get her usual getup on, and then she rolled in under the bottom rope.

”So,” Kozue popped up to her feet and started to bounce on her toes as the referee made her way in, too, hopping around like a kid on a sugar rush. ”What was the reason the other Wrestle Angels didn’t want to fight you? Body order? Your generally sunny disposition?” She wagged a finger. ”’Cause, you know, I saw your other matches, and I can pretty damn well say it wasn’t because of your wrestling ability.”

Reira growled at Ninjette's crack. Rather than respond, or even wait for the bell to ring, she threw the belt at the referee and charged at Ninjette, the perpetually pissed off champion trying to start things off by throwing a hard clothesline at her!

"I'm gonna shut you up for good!"

Despite all the shit-talking Kozue was a tad worried that she was getting to the veteran Wrestling Angel. After all, while all that stuff about her being on the low end of the seraphic totem pole was true, Reira was still the far more experienced grappler between them. If it came down to pure skill, she’d probably win and win easy. Kozue wanted to fuck with her, screw her head up a bit, and at first it seemed liked Reira was just using it as fuel to focus her fire.

But then she came barreling at Kozue, looking like she wanted to decapitate her with a clothesline. Bait taken. She couldn’t hold back a little smile. ”And here we-”

Kozue ducked to the side and fell under Reira’s clobbering clothesline. Her legs shot out, wrapped around the Wrestle Angel’s shin, and from there it was all textbook - she twisted around and used Reira’s forward momentum against her, making her face plant with a drop toehold.

”-go.”

DING DING!

When Ninjette took off to go fight Reira. Clyde stood there and looked past the ring, getting an idea before he smirked about it and followed behind the Ninja, going around the ring to reach the announcer's table where he'd find his seat and put on a pair of headphones with an eager grin to that of a child on Christmas.

This was his first time doing this and he hoped he could do a good job, but he supposed if there was one thing he could do besides fighting, it was talking.

"Good evening ladies and gentleman and everyone just tunin' in to yer favorite channel, app or website! Welcome to another badass episode of AFdubya Tension, I'm your host tonight, all the way from the no longer flooded parts of Liberty, Texas. The Kyoto Cowboy, Clyde T. 'Always good to his mama' Gastin! And we gotta real treat for ya'll tonight! I just been passed over for a shot at the title but it's A-Ok because we got two hot babes in the ring, Former Wrestle Angel and current Tension Champ, Reira Kirishima! Going up against fan favorite, sexy-ass sassafras ninja, Kozue Kaburagi!" Said Clyde with a wide grin as he spoke into his headset while eyeing the two women in the ring, trying to get real comfy with his position. The intro was easy, but could he cover the action!?

"Kaburagi's in the ring... And The Champ ain't even waitin' for the bell! Off like a bronco outta the gate, Reira Kirishima's headed right for Ninjette with a full head of steam folks!"

Reira charged forward, fully intending to flatten the so called-ninja...only to end up being tripped onto the mat face first.

Growling, she pounded the mat with her fist and pushed herself back up to her feet. Getting her arms up, the redheaded champ glared daggers at her challenger, trying to step in closer.


"You lucky slut, I'm not falling for that bullshit again!"

The moment Reira went down, Kozue untangled their legs and did a kip up, getting up to her feet. She threw her arms into the air and screamed out to the audience. ”Olé!”

”Olé!” The audience called back, thoroughly enjoying the show. The match was far from won, but so far, a wrestler they liked was getting the better of a wrestler they hated. Not to mention, they were excited for the chance to witness a title change. Basic stuff, and so effective.

Kozue turned back to Reira as she was getting up and beckoned her on, still bouncing on her bare toes. ”Hey, not my fault you fell for a trick they teach in, like, the first week of wrestling school.” She brought her arms up as Reira closed in, looking for all the world like she was offering a test of strenght. Just a test of strength. Nothing special about it. Nothing suspicious about it.

Belle had been backstage cheering for Clyde as he came out to face Reira. The cowboy had deserved every bit of it, but when the champ began berating her beau, Belle was fuming. She was halfway to the entrance when the ninja girl interrupted and before she knew it, there were bells ringing and Clyde's voice was coming through on the broadcast.

Belle's anger and annoyance was quickly set aside as she crept down the ramp and around to the announce table where she quickly snatched the headset and hopped into the chair, scooting it right up to where Clyde was, inching it next to him with a big, bright grin and a twinkle in her eye.

"Weeelll, I hope that red headed heifer gets tripped up by that slippery ninja gal! Weeeeyooooh! Belle B. Barker here, completin the most charmin announcin couple west o the Mississip! I think that lunk headed champ better get 'er head in the game! If she's as dumb as that Ninja is fast, she's in fer a long night! Only thing worse woulda been if she were facin you, eh Clyde? Er me! Ha!" Belle said with a wide grin as she slapped Clyde's thigh and squeezed it tightly.

Clyde was too fixated on the girls in the ring to notice his new co-host until it was too late! He'd hear a familiar voice through his head phones and turned to see... "Belle!" He gasped as she settled in next to him and began calling the match, leaving Clyde to sit there stunned as the sooner just did her thing naturally and even giving them a snazzy announcing title! Clyde couldn't be mad, in fact, he smiled.

"Yeah It'd be real b-AAAD!" Clyde started to say before jumping up slightly from that sharp slap and squeeze to his thigh, the cowboy fidget and tried to shoo Belle's hand away.

"And uh.... Y-Yeah.... Yeah... G-Glad ta' h-have ya, Belle B. Barker! H-Hey what's going in the ring, folks!?" Stammered the cowboy nervously before he cleared his throat.

"I dunno if this is wise, Belle! High Flyer Kaburagi askin' for a test of strength against the much bigger champion!? Let's hope Ninjette has somethin' smart up her sleeve!" Exclaimed the cowboy as he eyed Belle for a moment before giving her an honest and welcoming smile. All he had to do was make sure she would behave.

Reira still glared at the ninja bitch, but slowly locked fingers with her, accepting the test of strength.

"Skinny little bitch like you actually thinks you can beat me in this? Cmon, get real!"

She yelled, pushing against Kozue, trying to bend her fingers back and push her across the mat, using her superior strength to try and force the girl into the corner.

"Ahaha, she's not that dumb! Or... is she..."

The two women locked up in a test of strength, a foolish maneuver on Kozue’s part. While she had been beefing up her training and was fairly strong for her size, Reira was a much hardier woman, and the difference in power became readily apparent. The New Jersey Ninja was forced back one step, then two, then three, rapidly closing in on the turnbuckle behind her.

Even as she growled with effort, though, she kept up her smile. ”No, Red,” She licked her lips. ”Don’t think that at all.”

Kozue’s leg shot up, kicking at Reira’s arm to make her release one hand. From there, she swiftly grabbed her wrist, ducked and spun under her shoulder, twisted the arm along with her as she moved, and came out standing behind the Wrestle Angel, transitioning into a tight hammerlock.

"Now, now, Belle let's not call our competitors dumb... But it looks like Reira's got this in the bag, folks! Outmuscling Ms. Ninjette, pushing towards a corner-- Oh but Kaburagi counters with a foot to the arm! Stepping in and bam! Hammerlock! I tell ya, Belle that's one of the more creative ways I've seen a hammerlock get applied!"
