As I've said before, now we continue to try and make the FnF something worth contributing towards. There is no expiration date on the requirements to earn FnF a title belt - if you want there to be a title, then have matches, write RP scenes with your characters, do anything you feel you can in order to make people want to be part of the FnF action. You seem to be under the impression that simply making up the numbers will be enough, but it'll take more than that to maintain and increase the number of participants.
