Miss USA vs Silver Ace

Shaking her head clear, Marilyn was pushed back against the ropes. The American grunted as Ace drilled her fist into her side.

Gritting her teeth against the pain, Miss USA reached out grasping the back of Ace's head and then spun, looking to reverse their positions and put thee Canadian's back against the ropes. She would then drawn back her hand and then whipped it across Ace's chest in a back handed motion, lashing out with a knife handed chop that would make the crowd call out "Whoooo!"

"GAH!"

Ace yelped as the hand of America chopped her chest, the Ric Flair fans in the crowd "Wooing" in support, apparently liking the move.

Not too be outdone, Ace raised her arm and brought her hand down, palm open, upon Miss USA's chest with a hard overhand chop of her own!

"Auugh! Motherfu-" Marilyn cried out in pain, cutting short the expletive by gritting her teeth
Although patriotic, her top didn't exactly offer optimal chest protection. When Ace's return chop hit, it struck bare skin. Turning pain into anger, Miss USA fired another backhanded chop across Ace's chest.

However, noticing how badly that stung, Marilyn really didn't want to spend the next few minutes trading chops with someone who was wearing armor....to sort of speak. Hoping that Ace would return with another chop of her own, she would put an arm up to block the blow, while her other hand would seize Ace by the back of the head. Then Marilyn would try to lunge forward, striking her forehead against the Canadian's in a skull thumping headbutt.

The second chop hurt, but was nothing compared to the headbutt, the heavier head smashing down upon Ace's forehead, causing stars to burst in her vision, Ace shaking her head and leaning against the ropes, stunned, yet trying to shake off the daze she was in.

"Ugh...."

The star spangled rookie absorbed the impact of their heads crashing together with little ill effect. The move was one of the many basic attacks that she had to do over and over again in the AFW's grueling training academy until she had it right, and until she could take the hit without reeling about in agony.

Not wanting to waste any time, Miss USA pressed her opponent back against the ropes and then slung her away from them with an Irish whip. Marilyn would wait for a brief second before following behind the careening Canadian. As Ace bounced off the ropes, Miss USA would step slightly to the left, taking a hold of her opponent's arm before slinging her up and over with an arm drag towards the center of the ring. Getting quickly back to her feet, Marilyn would hope she was quick enough to beat Ace back to a standing position, where she would greet the Canadian by leaping up into the air. The crowd would gasp in wonder as the former track and field athlete's jumping ability went on a brief display as her standing leap put the near six foot woman's boots at face level with Ace's face. She would then lash out with both feet, looking to drop the Canadian back to the mat with a practically textbook standing dropkick, supported by Marilyn's athletics.

Ace wasn't sure what to expect from the masked foe, but the last thing she expected, after getting tossed to the mat and getting back onto her feet, but the last thing she expected was to see Miss USA leap upwards almost 6 feet!

"YOU CAN FLY!?"

Ace yelled, just before Miss USA's booted feet smashed into the young Canadian's face, dropping her flat onto her back, rolling onto her side as she pressed her hands against her face, kicking the mat in pain after that surprising dropkick.

After delivering the dropkick, Marilyn got back to her feet, shaking her head at Ace's exclamation.
"Fly? Hardly." the American replied. "But a life of track and field and the AFW's training boot camp has made me into a pretty epic athlete."

Although the words sounded boastful, Marilyn believed in them sincerely. The combination of her athletic background and the near military intensity of the AFW's fairly new training and developmental academy would result in her becoming a high caliber wrestler. It had to. She left her friends, family and everything she knew in San Francisco behind to pursue that dream, and she would accept nothing less than its fulfillment
Reaching down, Miss USA would pull Ace up to her feet. Now she prepared to switch gears. Applying a front face lock, Marilyn would try to lift Ace up and over with a suplex. Another basic but effective move that if delivered, would add to a growing sense of confidence in her abilities. ..

Being kicked in the face did a lot to keep one stunned, Silver Ace was too busy trying to shake away the cobwebs after that heavy dropkick to her face.

She was aided, ironically, by Miss USA's suplex, the hard drop onto her back sending a shock through Ace's system and clearing her head, though her cheek still bore the red bruise caused by Miss USA's feet.

Sitting up, one arm holding her back, Ace tried to roll over, needing to get back to her feet if she was going to turn things around.

Watching her opponent, Marilyn watched as Ace made her way back to her feet. To her, the Canadian seemed staggered, and reeling.

Taking a few steps back she waited on Ace to turn and face her. Once she did, Miss USA would dash forward and try and deliver a running big boot at Ace's face!

Giving the silver haired one time to recover was a mistake, the shock of the suplex impact bringing her out of her dropkick induced daze. Turning, she saw saw her masked foe run at her and, expecting a lariat style attack, instead barely ducking under a heavy boot as it sailed over her head.

Following up, Ace dropped to a crouch, kicking hard at the leg Miss USA was using to stand during her big boot attempt, trying to kick her off balance.
