Well, here's some usefull sites if you're new into roleplaying wrestling matches and want to know how to perform some holds and moves and use that knowledge to write your character's actions...

http://www.mixedwrestlingholdsgallery.com/ - This small site, held by a couple, offers a short list of holds and explains how to perform those holds as well how to escape from them.

http://www.deathvalleydriver.com/bbbowm/bbbowm.htm - The Big Big Book of Wrestling Moves. This is the biggest wrestling holds, moves reference you'll find in the net.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Profession ... ing_throws - WikiPedia's take on various throws and slams. Also has links at the bottom for common holds and strikes.
