An Unfriendly Wager

"It'll be the most entertaining ass-kicking Z.Z has ever gotten!" Alaina said with a smile. "If you let us fight in Atlantic City before the PPV as a warm up or something I promise that you won't be disappointed!"

Alaina was usually polite and never spoke for other people, instead letting them voice how they felt. However in this particular case, she didn't give a damn. This was a chance, maybe her only chance left to prove she wasn't a dumb jobber. More than anything she wanted to show that she had the skill, or at least the potential to develop the skill, to work her way up the card. Putting in the work was trivial. She would see some people at the gym when she went, but very few were ever there as often as she was.

Just a week ago she was getting pinned yet again by someone she could have beaten. Now after meeting Mamouru she felt like she had gotten a lot of her old confidence back. If it weren't for him she may never have found it again.

"Ahahaha! Oi, Yaya!" Z.Z chirped. "Dis one, she be funny! Shoulda been one a dem guys dat tells jokes, eh?" She said. She then looked at Hilde and smiled brightly. "Da hot sun and da cool sea breeze? Da smell a salt. It's like bein home. Ya. Dis I like." She said and grinned brightly. Maybe she would even try to win. More than last time, for sure.

"Thank you for the opportunity, Ms. Von Creuzfeldt. I am sure we won't disappoint you." Mamouru said, bowing politely to the tall German with Alaina still firmly attached to him.

Hilde smiled at the three of them and took the contract, folding it under her arm. "Please do your best. I have to go now, I'm still quite busy. Auf Viedersehen." She said, nodding her head as she turned to leave.

"Thanks Ms. Von Creuzfeldt for the opportunity!" Alaina said letting go of Mamouru and giving the AFW big-wig a hearty handshake.

Alaina was still mind-blown. She hadn't been back in the USA in a while and she'd never been to Atlantic City before. This. Was. Awesome! As Ms. Von Creuzfeldt left, Alaina looked back at Mamouru and grinned. However, she knew Z.Z was still there and she felt like saying a few more things to her less than friendly rival. "You know Z.Z there's a lot of gambling and fun things to do in Atlantic City. Maybe after I humiliate you the way you and you friend humiliated me you could go get your gamble on?"

Z.Z was actually worried about going to Atlantic City. The captain was one of the worst gamblers she had seen. Fathia could spend hours playing cards with the mates and if she got into a casino? The two could be ruined. The only good thing about it was that Fathia's luck balanced it out. But luck couldn't keep her from losing all her coin if she was bent on it.

However, Z.Z couldn't let Alaina know about that and she just laughed at the blonde. "Ahaha! Lookin' out for zeh, zeh, eh? I'll 'ave lots o coin fer me to be able ta gamble it away after I pawn that nice necklace of yours. Don't worry, eh? You'll be able ta get it right back! You just may need a trip to the gamblin' hall yerself to be able ta afford it, eh!?'

Z.Z spun on her heel and skipped away. It was going to be a good fight.

Alaina smiled insincerely at Z.Z and nodded as she spoke. As soon as she turned away Alaina rolled her eyes and looked back at Mamouru. "All righty, now that you have seen what we're up against in person I had us sign that contract here so we can start that grappling training immediately."

Alaina took Mamouru by the hand and began to drag him over in the direction of the training rings, already thinking about how awesome it was going to be to be able to have an actual part in the PPV (aside from working a charity donation from the event) as well as beating Z.Z.... it was great when things came together.

Mamouru raised an eyebrow at Alaina's enthusiasm. He blushed as she grabbed her hand and led him to the ring. "Congratulations, Alaina-san. I'm glad you'll be recognized." He said and looked down at his professional attire. "Um... Shouldn't I change?" He said. He brought his things but Alaina seemed to be insisting upon them grappling right now. Well, at least he could remove his shirt.

Mamouru shrugged off his suit jacket and unbuttoned his suit coat. After pulling off his tie, he shrugged it off, leaving a bare chest with tight and defined abs. He wasn't as ripped as his brother, but he was in good shape.

"Do you want to try and escape grapples or try and grapple me?" He asked casually as he sat on the apron and pulled his socks off. He supposed he could wrestle in slack. His movements would be restricted a bit though.

Alaina looked Mamouru over and grinned as she began to kick her shoes off. She wore a purple bikini underneath her street clothes which she quickly revealed as she took her pants and shit off.

She stepped up into the ring and walked into the center. "I have enough offense with my power moves, so escaping grapples and submission holds would be a good start don't ya think?" Alaina asked before beckoning over Mamouru with her hands. "Come and get me big guy!"
