One Night In The City

Alaina, clad in a pair of short gym shorts and a white t-shirt, set a glass of water on the nightstand and sat on the bed. In a perfect world the two would be celebrating her win out on the town. However, because of Fathia's dirty cheapshot Mamouru had been knocked out during the aftermath of the match. Thankfully the battery of tests that concluded later in the afternoon revealed that there hadn't been a concussion. Even in light of that and Mamouru insisting that he was all right, Alaina knew it would be much smarter to take it easy tonight, even if he felt well.

"I didn't really get much of a chance to thank you before. I dunno if I would have won if it hadn't been for you taking me on as a client. Alaina said as she pat Mamouru's shoulder. "So thanks, I can't even describe how much everything you've done means to me."

Mamouru begrudgingly took the glass of water and drank it. The blonde had insisted that they take it easy or, that he take it easy. He'd never met someone that was so needlessly motherly. It was embarrassing but also cute. Her naivety and enthusiasm seemed to know no bounds.

"Alaina-san, I appreciate the kind words but I almost cost you the match. I should have been more diligent. I should have expected Fathia to attack. We should have put you in a different match." Mamouru sighed. "You were... exposed to millions." He added with a blush.

"Yeah well... " Alaina said with a blush as she shook her head. "I would have been exposed and beaten with a stick in the middle of the ring and exposed. Ya made me better than I used to be and now I'm returning the favor."

Alaina sat on the bed by Mamouru's waist. "You don't seem to like it when people make a big deal about you or worry about you. How come?"

"I'm fine, really, Alaina-san." Mamouru said, smiling. Mamoutu shook his head slightly. "It's not like that, Alaina-san. This is the second Summer Splash in a row where I've been assaulted. I suppose I'm just used to it and feel like you're putting too much into worrying over me." Mamouru wasn't being completely true but he wasn't going to say any more.

" You're also making too much of my part in your success. I'm not wrestling, only providing morale support, really. You wanted the win and your own skill and determination allowed you to seize victory."

Alaina gently stroked Mamouru's hair as she heard the bad news, "Thats awful you shouldn't have been attacked period! But, I still think we make a hell of a team. If you ever want me to join you at ringside during your matches I would be glad to." Alaina said with a warm, assuring kind of smile.

"I think in my next match I will wear a 1-piece leopard print swimsuit though. Its got that classic vibe to it and I'm less likely to show these off to the world." Alaina said with a blush as she gently pushed her breasts up, hoping to get a laugh out of Mamouru. Mamouru was a reserved guy, which Alaina found to be attractive in a mysterious sort of way. He was like a puzzle to solve.

Mamouru blushed when Alaina stroked his hair. Did she even know she was doing it? "It's how things go in this business. You've seen it well enough." Though last time it had been a personal matter. Mamouru laughed, however when Alaina said that she would stand by his side in one of his matches. He doubted she really knew what kind of matches he was IN! "I appreciate the offer, but I don't think morale support will help me too often in my matches. I'm hardly in matches these days anyway. I'm concentrating more on managing."

Mamouru then looked at Alaina, unable to conceal a look down her body as he pictured the one piece."I think that will be good, Alaina-san." Mamouru then smiled slyly. However, if you WERE that sort of girl, you'd have nothing to be ashamed of." He said ruefully glancing at her breasts. "But, I'm glad you're not."

Alaina chuckled and cocked her head as she looked at Mamouru. She'd never considered herself to be any sort of sex symbol, but she was getting the idea that Mamouru found her to be quite attractive, which surprised her. "So you liked what you saw huh? I'm flattered, a guy like you could have his pick of anyone out there." Alaina said as she playfully pat the side of Mamouru's butt.

"I know a lot of women in Friction are into that hentai stuff. I see the ring for fighting and athletic competition only. I guess I'm old fashioned but I prefer the... intimacy of love."

Alaina-san, you don't know the half of it... Mamouru thought as Alaina spoke. "You're a beautiful woman, Alaina-san. Any man would be lucky to glimpse your purest form." Mamouru brushed his bangs from his face as Alaina patted his butt. "I only regret the circumstances, not the privilege." He added.

"Not to disagree but many see fighting, athletic competition and sex as indistinguishable in many forms." He smiled ruefully. "But I understand. Well, whoever is with you in those intimate moments will be a lucky man, indeed."

Mamouru bit his lip. It could be him so very easily but Alaina deserved much better. She was a good, innocent girl and even though she was willingly corrupting herself by staying in the AFW, Mamouru knew he could taint her much faster if he didn't hold his instincts back.

Alaina moved to the other side of Mamouru in the bed and laid down, looking over at him. "You are a sweetie, you know that? I still can't figure out why someone like you doesn't have a girlfriend at least." Alaina, without realizing it, brought her right hand up to Mamouru's face and gently stroked his chin. "I know you think I'm naive, and that you think you are some sort of bad guy. I'm new to wrestling and too stubborn to change who I am, its a take-it-or-leave-it deal and you seemed to take it. You? If you really were that bad I wouldn't be here." Alaina said as she brought her arm around Mamouru to hug him and draw him closer.
