Post by valen311 Mon Apr 14, 2014 6:13 pm

Name: Christina Morgan aka Chris Morgan "The Phenomenon From the Heavens"
Age: 30
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blond
Height: 6'1
Weight: 192 lbs
Country: America, California
Alignment: Reluctant Heel (A lot of blame for the collapse of the first Wrestle Angels was laid at Chris's feet. As a result most wrestlers from that organization, as well as fans, dislike her, despite her apparent face-type actions)
Favored matches: Standard, tag team. (Currently feels uncomfortable about hentai events, and hardcore matches)
Favored moves: Slams, strikes, power moves, counters into power moves.
Style: Her powerhouse, high impact style of offense keeps her grounded, and away from the dangers of the top rope to use heavy handed strikes and punishing slams. Her few submission holds are basic, to the point moves, that use her frame and strength to break down an opponent, usually targeting an enemy's back to set up her Angel's Crucifixion move. A veteran of the ring, her first hand experience in eating a lot of moves has given her knowledge on how to counter a lot of basic wrestling and some martial arts tactics, often reversing moves into powerful slams and strikes when Chris is prepared for them. Although her slow, deliberate pacing would seem vulnerable to high speed attacks and acrobatic tactics, Chris's experience has tested her against many faster, more agile opponents. As a result she has developed several counters to some of the more mainstream attacks of that style. She can find herself overwhelmed by repeated technical attacks by submission artists, if said opponent can find a way to keep her in holds despite Chris's strength.

Signature Moves:
Sitout Powerbomb
Running big boot

A slow but immensely hard hitting strike combination that consists of Chris grabbing an opponent by the hair to hold them, then delivering two massive punches into the stomach, the second actually able to lift most women off the canvas, followed by a high impact European uppercut that floors the opponent. (Dubbed Tri-Dazer by her few fans)

Angel's Javelin: A new move, after whipping a winded opponent into a corner, Chris will run at her, leaping into a flying shoulder block into the trapped foe while she is still against the turnbuckles. She makes sure to drive her shoulder, with all of her mass behind it, into the victim's chest for maximum impact.

Finishing moves
Poseidon Bomber: A massive running clothesline delivered with all of Chris's immense strength. Usually done on a stunned, or oncoming opponent.

Angel's Crucifixion:  An overhead gutwrench backbreaker rack that starts with Chris hefting an opponent up on her shoulder, face up, head in the same direction as Chris is facing. The small of the victim's back would be draped over the shoulder, legs hanging down Chris's back, while she squeezes down on the victim's torso, letting gravity and her strength put immense pressure on that one point on the back.

AFW Information: (From AFW Magazine) Chris Morgan was the personification of power and strength during her days with the Wrestle Angels federation, capturing the belt and holding it on multiple occasions. Defying the archetype of the big dumb blonde, Chris was a quick learner, picking up the art of wrestling rapidly. As her experience grew, she discovered more and more ways to use her strength, height and power, becoming a nigh unstoppable juggernaut. That same experience let her see (and often feel firsthand) most traditional wrestling and martial arts moves and strikes, resulting in her ability to use her strength and massive frame to block and strongly counter moves. The ability began to sour fans to her, as she would turn an Angel's finisher around into one of her own moves, letting her 'steal' (as some fans called it) matches in which she may have, and possibly should have lost. After the first incarnation of Wrestle Angels went under, Chris worked in business finance, one of her many talents out of the ring. However, the desire to compete remained strong, and after getting an introduction from a friend in the league, Chris has returned to wrestle here in the AFW...

Background: Chris never wanted to be the bad guy. Growing up in middle class family in a middle class neighborhood, Chris was always bigger than the other girls, and most boys too for that matter. She excelled in many sports and in addition, she was deceptively smart, scoring high marks in math related subjects. Friendly, and good natured, the blonde was popular growing up, and had quite the crowd around her, despite her almost freakish height. She could have done almost anything and in fact, was offered a full ride to a business college via scholarship.
Her parents shock and surprise when she chose wrestling was almost comic.
But she had been a long time fan, sneaking over to friends' houses to watch the WWF and All Japan Pro Wrestling on video tapes and DVD. She idolized Hulk Hogan, all the way up to his heel turn, which broke her heart. Out of high school, she made the huge decision to go to Japan and begin training in one of the Wrestle Angel development leagues. Christina worked hard, putting in hours upon hours in both the gym and on the practice mat. Her talent for rapidly learning things helped, letting the blond learn moves with a quickness that was almost scary. When it came for her to debut, Chris won her match, a hard fought battle against an established wrestler, and catching the eyes of the president. Seeing the lovely blonde, and recognizing her skill, he decided Chris would be the face of her company. She was pushed, massively, getting a title match in her first month in the company, which she then won. Chris was beside herself, her dream of becoming an idolized wrestler coming true so quickly.

Ah, youth.

What she didn't know was that she was being spoon fed and that what the president saw wasn't in her skill, but in her bra cup size. Her match against title holder Bomber Kishima was made days after Kishima had won the title, and unknown to Chris, she was suffering from a back injury. Chris took the match, and the belt that night. It wasn't until much later she discovered that the president arranged the match even with Kishima's injury. Most contenders after that were either too green, or too past their prime or simply not good enough to challenge Chris. The people who could have been a threat either were forced into long tournaments before a title match, or were simply not pushed to challenge her. Even when she lost the title, she would be put in contention for it soon after, one time given a rematch the night after! The fans caught on, and turned on her. Chris was bewildered by the boos and name calling chants that began to follow her around. Reading forums soon revealed the reason for the fans' dislike, and Chris dug through the roster list, eventually going to the President with a list of names that she thought would make for great match ups: Hibiki Izayoi, topping the list as a fellow power wrestler that management was wasting in pointless low and midcard matches, Migiri Ozora, a gifted wrestler that was taller than her, and as strong, Megumi Mutoh, a talented striking specialist, Mighty Yukiko a strong fan favorite, Panther Risako, a multi-styled veteran who had defeated her before...the list went on, the league was full of talented wrestlers after all.
She was told that it would be taken 'under advisement. In the meantime though, could she be a dear and use her finance expertise and look at the books and see where they were money-wise? Do what you can to balance them, it's for the good of the company.'
What she found was horrifying. The President taking multiple women on vacations, and other risky, if not outright bad decisions on how to spend the federation's money. As the years went by she worked in front and behind the scenes to try and keep things going, fighting contenders where she could while recommending cutting expenses, and as a last resort that made her unpopular with a lot of people, staff. However, it was too little, too late. Wrestle Angels went under, and Chris's name was listed as one of the business's financial officers. With wrestlers and fans alike blaming her, Chris went back to America in disgrace, getting a job in an accounting firm.

For a few years, she did well eventually becoming the chief accounting officer for one of the firm's clients, a modeling agency called Siren's Endeavors which was owned by her eventual friend Marisa Evans. Upon finding out Chris was a wrestler, and a former champion no less, Marisa convinced her to come to the league. However, what Marisa didn't know and mention, was the fact that a good amount of the Wrestle Angel's former roster was now members in the AFW. However, once Chris joined, she found out about the Wrestle Angel's roster, and Hibiki Izayoi's declaration to avenge herself on the former members of that federation. She also discovered the childlike but gargantuan Migiri Oozora had also found a home within the AFW, and had managed to severely hurt another former Wrestle Angel in the ring. Quickly, Chris decided on a purpose. First, protect the Angels from Izayoi's and Oozora's wrath, and secondly, give any of them, Izayoi, included, a target to try and vent thier frustrations on. In a strange way, Chris viewed it as a sort of atonement for her own naivety and unknowing part in the Wrestle Angel's downfall. However, like any 'good' villain, Chris didn't plan to go down easily....

Personality: Polite, but cold. Being made into the scapegoat for a federation's collapse has made Chris wary of most in the wrestling world. Despite the heel role she finds herself thrust into, she tends to fight fairly, following the rules almost steadfastly.

The Condemned Angel

A victim of her own naivete, Chris Morgan was the scapegoat for the former Chairman of the Wrestle Angel's ruination of the Wrestle Angels league since it was her name on the organization's financial records as finance officer. She left Japan and built a successful, if not lonely, life in America working in the world of business finance. But by chance, a client of hers turned her attention to the AFW, where many wrestlers from the Wrestle Angels wound up. After seeing Hibiki Izayoi declare war on them, as well as Migiri Oozora's near maiming of one of them, Chris returned to Japan, determined to protect the Angel's of her old league. However, the wounds of the Wrestle Angel's collapse run deep, and Chris finds that she must stand against hostility from the angry fans, as well as the women she's come to protect.....
